Sehr schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Anlage ,ca 500 m vom Strand entfernt Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Frühstücksbuffet super würden es für die nächste Reise wieder buchen

Sehr gut war die Möglichkeit, zu jeder Zeit in gemütlichem Rahmen noch ein Getränk (Kaffee, Wein, Bier, ...) zu sich zu nehmen bevor man sich in sein Zimmer zurückzog.

Mir hat die Saunalandschaft gefallen, das hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal, die Bar59 und die Ruhe beim Frühstück (trotz sehr hoher Auslastung des Hotels). Ich konnte keine Wellnessanwendung/Massage buchen, da zu den ausgeschriebenen Zeiten niemand am Counter verfügbar war.

Zimmer: klein, kein Ganzkörperspiegel, uralter Analogfernseher, kein Videotext.Bad: klein, mangelhafte Beleuchtung, Rasierspiegel unbeleuchted,Dusche nicht rutschfest, Balkon 2 Stühle ohne Tisch.Parkplatzgebühr €4 unangebracht, da bei Auslastung zu wenig Plätze. "Gourmetrestaurant" nicht zutreffend, Z.B. kein Pernod als Aperitiv..Speisenqualität mangelhaft. Pool im Wellnessbereich :Poolboden mit Sandresten.Insgesamt: Keinesfalls 4 Sterne, maximal 3 !!°

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich Die Abendkarte war sehr überschaubar. Die Kellner erschienen überfordert. Das Essen war nicht richtig heiß.

Uns hat die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter sehr gefallen.Das Frühstück war gut.Und wir haben die Ruhe im Hotel genossen(es waren kaum Gäste zu dieser Zeit da).Die Lage des Hotels ist auch optimal,wenn man kein Auto hat,man kommt bequem zu Fuß,mit Bus oder Bahn überall hin.

Härlig spa avdelning, toppen frukost, vänlig personal om än dålig på engelska.Dom skönaste sängarna som vi legat I på hotell världen över! Underbar omgivning, lätt att hyra cykel utanför hotellet.Mycket fint hotell för pengarna!

Klasse: zwei Badezimmer in der Suite, sehr schöne Ausstattung! Sauber und empfehlenswert. Klasse: der Spa Bereich mit Sauna und Ruheraum, Tee, Zeitschriften, Decken und schönes Ambiente. Haben hervorragend entspannt. Kein Zugang vom Spa zum Aussenpool (schade, im Winter ist der Rückweg vom Pool zu kalt und zu lang. Und durch die Lobby mit Bademantel?) Die Absprache zwischen Spa und der Lobby (beim Auschecken) hat noch Platz nach oben. Etwas mehr Service währe machbar.

Die Lage des Hotels bot optimale Bedingungen als Ausgangspunkt für Strandspaziergänge oder Radtouren auf der waldreichen Insel Usedom sowie eine super Bahnanbindung, um die gesamte Insel zu erfahren. Während der Woche lief alles reibungslos und optimal. An den Wochenenden entstand Hektik und man hatte den Eindruck, dass das Personal im Frühstücksraum stellenweise überfordert war.

Uns haben besonders das reichhaltige Frühstücksangebot, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter sowie der großzügige Wellnessbereich gefallen. Was uns weniger gefallen hat, war die Musik in der Tanzbar - wir hatten als ältere Menschen gedacht, dass auch für uns etwas mehr Tanz- und Hörbares dabei sein sollte.

sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, Restaurant mit schmackhafter Küche, freundlicher Service, hübsch angelegte Außenanlage für Rollstuhlfahrer ungeeignet, da viele Treppen im Gebäudebereich (Eingang, Weg zu den Toiletten), Kinderwagen haben wegen o.g. Treppen auch Probleme, leider war der Außenpool nicht in Betrieb, Schrank im Zimmer defekt (Tür), Safe defekt, Tapetenbereich im Bad renovierungsbedürftig, nasse Wellnesshandtücher müssen wieder mit ins Zimmer genommen werden (dort keine Trocknungsmöglichkeit)
