L'accueil était excellent. Personnel très professionnel et avenant. Les soins Spa d'excellente qualité. Les installations de wellness propres et de qualité. Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié. La qualité des matelas.

J ai tout apprécié !!la gentillesse du personnel,la carte du menu en francais (rare en allemagne) le personnel fait des efforts pour parler francais .Le spa magnifique avec sa grotte de sel et les chambres spacieuses .j y retourne en décembre...super pour un we detente a noter que l apres midi le café et la patisserie est offerte de 14h30 a 16h la demi pension est excellente ..mention speciale pour le cuisinier ! Rien ..il manque juste un minibar dans la chambre

Das Essen war spitzenmässig! Das Handtücher gewechselt werden, ohne dass man sie dazu bereit legt. Ist nicht sehr umweltfreundlich! Warum nicht ein Merkzettel, : bitte legen Sie Frottierwäsche in die Dusche, wenn Sie Sie gewechselt erhalten möchten. Ich würde meine Hände, Gesicht auch 2-3 Tage mit dem selben Tuch trocknen.....

Zimmer sollten mit Paches verschlossen werden, Sicherheit ist besser und Effizienter. Hunde nur in bestimmten Zimmern zulassen, wie in Canada u. USA.

Absolument tout était parfait. Très bonne table digne d'un gastronomique. Le personnel très chaleureux et parlant français. La carte des menus également en français. Les chambres sont belles et bien agencées. Prix des repas corrects. A refaire Rien

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Wellnesangebot. Service und Freundlichkeit lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Très sympa, à recommander pour une escapade détente. Au passage excellente cuisine. Même pas une lime à ongle et autre "attention" dans la SDB, dommage pour un 4*!!!

das geräumige Zimmer, das bequeme Bett, die Aussicht, gut geheizt, das Cheminee, die Zeitschriften, das freundliche Personal, Platz im ganzen Hotel, die Kaffee und Kuchenzeit am Nachmittag, die schönen Glasfronten mit Aussicht, der Balkon, Tier- und Raucherfreundlich, die Sauberkeit, Parkplatzmöglichkeit direkt vor Haus, Diskretion, sehr ruhig in der Nacht, von den Zimmernachbarn hörte man praktisch nichts=gute Bausubstanz

Gentillesse du personnel chambre de bonne superficie et comfortable demander a être dans le bâtiment principal Espace Spa agréable ouvert de 7a 19h dommage qu il y ait peu de système balnéothérapie dans la piscine wifi gratuit dans tout l établissement Demi-pension de très bonne qualité Une carte de transport ferroviaire gratuite vous est offerte pour votre séjour pour circuler dans le coin ( possibilité d aller visiter Freiburg ) Les clients doivent dîner très tôt ils ne servent plus après 20.30 Le dernier jour de votre séjour vous devez libérer votre chambre avant 11h dommage car utilisation limitée du Spa pour votre dernier jour

L'ensemble de l'établissement. Le calme, L'environnement. Personnel très attentionné;aimable, serviable,dévoué et réservé. Gastronomie excellente. J'ai connu beaucoup d'hôtel mais l'établissement Parkhotel Flora était vraiment impressionnante dans tous les domaines. Aucune suggestion à évoquer
