Close to weezze airport, friendly staff, fast check in check out, nice policy with late arriving customers, good breakfast

We arrived at kevelaer at 23:00 and was difficult to find the hotel, at this price breakfast should be included

It is close to the Weese/D-dorf airport.

Located in the heart of Kevelaer, ideal for shopping, walking, hotel clean, tidy rooms bright and airy with modern decor, we had a room for four and was very spacious, staff pleasent and helpful when you can find them, all in all though a very pleasent stay.

Reception not staffed, had to go find them working in the restaurant, Bar not open at all during our stay, pleasant design and decor around bar but never open, swimming pool not open, and worst of all for us English NO tea/coffee making facilities in the room not even a kettle (Gasping).

Big family rooms, good location

Staff's poor English, rooms were quite cold, no wifi signal in the room (slow connection in the "lobby")

Altough at the booking site(here) its written they have a Shuttle Bus to the airport, they don't (I have also read it at the folder of the Hotel). But they booked a taxi for me. The Desk attendant lady was very helpfull because I called them to send me a taxi...and even if they are not used to do this, she surprised me and sent a taxi to the train station. Thanks a lot!!! The Hotel is located in a Gallery with very nice stores. The restaurant serves delicious international food and the service is very quick and good!! I am sure I will stay there again and I do recommend the Hotel to my friends and to travellers.

made a complaint about our two rooms to the manager and he told us it was fine and walked a way he was a very very rude man to be a manager of the hotel i have stayed there many times before but never had to complain but after his rudeness i will not be going back

Our travel plan was bounded into a very strict timing. Train came into Kevelaer at 00:10 and four hours later we supposed to be back to the station to take shuttle bus into Weeze airport. Check-in at the hotel closes about 21:00, but staff was prepared for our visit. They told us the place where they leave keys for our room and charged my credit card for stay remotely. We found our "late-arrival" keys right in place. 4-people room was enourmously big for such a price! Very comfortable bed, very nice interior, finally shower cabin without any surprises (90% of hotels have such 'surprices')... I wish to spend more than 4 night hours in such a hotel!!!

Nothing of extra services is working during night time due to no staff - no bar, no boiled water, ... :)

Would have liked to be able to make drinks in my room. Never found the swimming pool.

The layout of the hotel, shopping precinct on the ground floor of the hotel,lift to all floors,within walking distance of main square, safe area to walk around both night and day.

No tea/coffee available in bedroom, bar was not open at all during our stay for pre-dinner drinks or night cap.

Viesnīca atrodas pašā pilsētiņas sirdī.Klusi un mierīgi.Viss saistīts tikai ar kristīgo tēmu,arī viesnīca.Ļoti tīrs nummuriņš.

Kevelaer pilsētiņā dzīvo 90 procenti veci cilvēki.Iebraucot vakarā,viss ir jau slēgts,arī kafenīcas.Par viesnīcu radās sajūta ,kā spoku namā.Viesnīcā ir izmitināti veci cilvēki,kuri tur dzīvo patstāvīgi.Drīzāk tas ir kā vecu ļaužu nams.Viesnīcas administrācija nav sevišķi laipni.

Staff davvero carente, inesistenza di wifi, stanza tripla piccolissima, bagno inadeguato,e colazione col costo di 7 euro pax scarsissima.

Отличное место. Уютный и очень красивый город. Большой номер.

Asukoht, hubasus,

Интересный очень чисты и аккуратный городок, даже не ожидали,что там реально есть что посмотреть.Очень чисто. Отель очень хорош для ночевки перед вылетом, между аэропортом и городом по расписанию ходит автобус.

Koko kaupunki oli viehättävä. Henkilökunta mukavaa. Siisti hotelli.
