The sauna open according to guest's schedule was great. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. There was no refrigerator in the room, nor a comfortable reading chair.

La vicinanza con la metro, la pulizia della camera, il rapporto qualità prezzo. Alcuni membri del personale sono poco cordiali e non fanno del loro meglio per metterti a tuo agio.

Sehr heiß im Zimmer, Betten quietschen und knarren. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption welche die Rechnung falsch ausgestellt hatte und dann stinkig war dass sie die Arbeit nochmal hatte.

Gute, angenehme Atmosphäre und zuvorkommendes Personal. Vernünftiges Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis. Zimmer gegen Strasse /Bahn sind etwas lärmig. Habe ausserhalb der Stadt eine ruhigere Umgebung erwartet.

Das Frühstück war gut und der kurze Weg zu unserem Veranstaltungsort einfach top! Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise des Stuttgarter Flughafens, das bedeutet Fluglärm Tag und Nacht, und direkt vorm Hotel fährt die Strassenbahn, auch Tag und Nacht. Ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist unmöglich. in unserem Zimmer war der Spender des Duschgels abgefallen und lag daneben, und den Duschkopf hatte man beim versuch, ihn zu verstellen, in der Hand. Der Getränkeautomat draussen im Flur vor den Zimmern macht einen unangenehmen Lärm.

Ruhig trotz Straße 1. teils unfreundlich, flapsiger Ton beim Empfang. 2. kein freies W-LAN und nur für ein Gerät 3. Frühstück wenig Auswahl, kein Toast; Geschirr schleppend abgeräumt 4. keine Minibar auf Zimmer
