The hotel is in a secluded location within fairly easy walking distance of Heidelberg's Castle and Old Town. It is not the place to go for a rousing night life. However, if you want a quiet, comfortable place it'll be perfect. The staff was warm, friendly and attentive. The hotel serves a delightful breakfast.

We appreciate a lot for the spacious room, in which can give our baby a lots of space to move freely and relax. The location is excellent, not far from the center(20-25mins of walk, along with the nature) and remain quiet and fresh after a long day visit. The breakfast is well-prepared and various of choices. The wireless is also very efficient in the room. It's quite a fair price for this quality.

Pity only if the hotel can provide more space of the parking lots. 4 cars internal is max.

Good location when having a rental car. Large and clean room. Nice garden around the hotel. Friendly staff. Classic breakfast room, fresh and delicous buffet breakfast.

I loved staying here. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. You get access to the garden, and it was warm enough that one evening we sat out on the garden chairs. Within a few minutes one of the hosts came out with a candle to put on the table for us. The room had large windows with wonderful views over the valley which was a joy to wake up to. When we moved on to the next hotel in Baden Baden, we were actually very disappointed, but only because the Park Hotel was so lovely! As a gay couple, we were also made to feel completely welcome, which isn't always to be taken for granted.

The wonderful ambience. The place is relaxing, quiet and peaceful. A great place to rest surrounded by nature. We will recommend this hotel to our friends travelling from Canada.

IT is not really related to the hotel per say; however there was this couple next door that could be heard really well and we had to close the window in order to sleep. Again, we are conscious the hotel cannot control people's actions once in their room.

This was a very nice hotel located driving distance from the centre of Heidelberg. We were given a very nice room (huge) with a view. Since we are travelling with small children who need some leg-room this was very much appreciated. There´s no restaurant at the hotel, however, the staff helped us to book pizza that was delivered at the hotel. We perceived the staff as very friendly and helpfull! There´s also a small garden around the house where the cildren could play (though not without supervising)

We didn´t have any trouble finding parking, but I think it depends on when you arrive. We arrived late when the businesses located in the old, distinguised neighbour houses were closed, which made parking on the street no problem at all. Limited parking available within the hotel fascilities.

The view out the window of my room was excellent. Breakfast was good, and the "little snacks" mentioned in the guest guide, such as cheese trays, available for purchase were wonderful. My room was very nice, very relaxing & private.

The map that shows the hotel does not show contour lines. The hotel is much farther from town than the map shows because of the hills. Though it is walking distance, the local restaurants etc are not just down the street unless you're driving.

nach nur einer woche waren wir das 2. mal dort. alles, was ich moniert habe beim ersten mal, war tatsächlich in ordnung!! und das personal ist wirklich durch nichts zu toppen. hilfsbereit und super freundlich.
