The rooms were very spacious and the hotel was located right in the centre of town with convenient parking as an optional extra. This is afamily-run hotel and staff were extremely friendly and had agreat sense of humour. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.

The hotel is right across from a lovely park, and the walk into town can be along a forested path along the turquoise river (another route is a road without a sidewalk.) Beautiful. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, and bright, with all the windows looking out to the park. Claudia in the restaurant at breakfasts spoke fluent English and was very friendly and helpful. The hotel, spa and rooms were spotless. The whole hotel and the 'spa' (saunas, steam baths and lounging room) were rather tired. The wooden hot tub was very dated: slimy and barely tepid, with only one jet working. Compared to the ones you can have in your back garden in Canada, it was laughable. Masseuse is only there on Fri. And Sat. Hot stone massage was not great. Communication with the staff was difficult - not much English at all, and they seemed annoyed at having to try. No one was able to describe in English what facilities and treatments were available in the spa. Couldn't find the robes which some people wore. Internet access was very sporadic and frustrating. The down pillows were old and thin. Terrible espresso, and it cost extra! Wouldn't go back.

Very nice room, clean, large, very well-decorated. We stayed at the second floor and the view (the mountains) was beautiful. Courteous staff and a varied and tasty breakfast. Fussen is a short walk through a nice area. There are a few different small saunas in the spa area. I imagine parking can become problematic when during the high season, there are limited places. We were able to park somehow, but there weren't many guests in the hotel.

Beautiful area. Excellent breakfasts. Nice and friendly staff. Vicinity of Fuessen as well as Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. Highly recommended for those looking for quiet and beautiful place to relax.

Das Frühstück und die servierten Speisen waren sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einem Nebental. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleines Hotel mit sehr gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoß war sehr hellhörig. Toilettenspülung vom Nachbarzimmer und Wasser/Abwasserrohre/Heizung waren deutlich zu hören und haben in der Nacht sehr gestört. Das Zimmer hatte deutliche Abnutzungsspuren und müsste renoviert werden.

Charmant petit hôtel très typique et confortable . très bien situé pour visiter les châteaux de Louis ii de Bavière auxquels il est possible de se rendre à pieds (ou en vélo) en partant de l'hôtel ( 1 h 30 de marche aller )ainsi qu'au centre de Füssen.très convivial. Personnel agréable,disponible ,serviable, .bien insonorisé sauf si clients très bruyants.petit déj excellent et suffisant . nous n'y avons pas mangé et n'avons pas profité des thermes( mais il y a la possibilité de se restaurer sur place et un large choix de soins de bien être ).très propre.++accès wifi gratuit et accessible même dans les chambres. Absence de climatisation .parking un peu juste si beaucoup de monde.

Gostamos do atendimento, quartos, limpeza e localização. O hotel representa exatamente como são os hotéis do interior da Alemanha, com jardins muito floridos e bem cuidados, o café da manhã estava excelente, recomendamos a outros hóspedes. O apto concedido no primeiro andar não tinha vista para a montanha, conforme reservado.

Вежливый персонал. Удивило,то что было в номере люкс заявлено джакузи, но его там не было и оказалось оно на улице во дворе отеля. Очень приличная спа зона. Нам понравилось. При бронировании отеля я указал количество туристов 2+1. Был получен расчет стоимости, однако при расчете за номер на месте, за третьего человека попросили доплатить.

Lage des Hotels,schoene Atmosfaere,nette Hotelmitarbeiter,gutes Fruestueck Daunenbettwaesche,es war sehr warm,wir schwitzen staendich.Massage war nicht jeden Tag moeglich,nur zweimal woechentlich und nur nachmittags.

Äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiter Superleckeres Frühstück (gerne auch aufs Zimmer) Wellnessbereich hat nur von 14 - 19 Uhr offen. WLAN reicht nicht bis zum obersten Stockwerk.

Wir finden den Ruheraum super mit den Decken und Teekannen mit Kandiszucker. Die Sauna könnte grösser sein. Die meisten Leute benutzen die 90 Grad Sauna und da passen leider höchstens 3 Personen.

Es liegt sehr schön am Anfang des Tals der Sinne, wo man bei einem Spaziergang Herbstfarben und -stimmung und kleine Seen genießen kann. Das Haus: siehe oben Der Wellness-Bereich war nicht 100%ig zu nutzen. Zum Frühstück gab es keinen Tomatensaft und Obstsäfte kann ich als Diabetiker nicht trinken.

Великолепное месторасположение,минут 5 до центра Фюссена, рядом трамплин, корт теннисный, до замков ездили на велосипедах(брали на прокат, но не в отеле) примерно 15-20 минут при не скорой езде, в самом отеле прекрасные завтрак, так же есть баня, сауна, спа процедуры, соляная шахта, лучшее место для оздоровления, парковка своя курить нельзя нигде, только за пределами отеля, интернет все три дня не работал
