the staffs are very friendly, very helpful and very flexible to our request. the hotel surroundings are very spacious and i like the greenery. We feel at home when we stay there.

Food was very goog especially breakfast

The location is both beautiful and quiet--an easy walk to the center of Fussen.

We were in Fussen, for hockey tournament to watch Team Canada. We are from central Canada. I would highly recommend Parkhotel Bad Faulenbach because of the professional friendly management and staff. This hotel was the only one that sent and email personally after I booked on Booking.com. The location is quiet, with natural beautiful surroundings. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very welcoming upon first impression. Staff went above and beyond to help with wifi connection, discount to castles tours, excellent breakfast, with hot and cold food options. Would highly recommend this hotel for value for your dollar or euro.

The hotel has a great view of the mountains and a large park. The breakfast was very good and they made us eggs sunny side up. It was nice to be able to walk into town (15 minute walk) and at the same time be out in the country with the fresh air.

The spa hours are sketchy!

We had a spacious 2 room suite with small balcony - room 65 on front of hotel - nice view of park. Hotel in quiet location. This 4 night stay was in the middle of a month long trip to Germany and was good to have a place to spread out and reorganize our things, etc. breakfast buffet was excellent and restaurant where we ate two evening meals was good and convenient - very nice environment. Elevator. Morning staff was excellent and quite friendly. Staff all did well with English - far better than we did with German. We had car and was easy drive to the castles, Wieskirche and other area attractions. Wanted to walk into town of Fussen but just never had time, we liked this hotel a lot.

Only one thing kept this hotel from being near perfect and that was the incredible rudeness and unpleasantness of the young woman who was in charge in the afternoons and evenings. She is the only reason we did not eat in their dining rom all 4 nights. Do not know what her problem was, but up until the last night her behavior towards us was very upsetting. The last night she seemed to have an entirely different attitude. All we can figure is that she heard of the generous gratuity we left the morning staff that morning. All staff except for j deserve an excellent rating while her rating can only be poor. The hotel has guest parking in the rear but while we were there it was not enough to accommodate all who were there. There was easy parking in front of the hotel but it was actually parking for the park and we had to pay to park there anytime we were there between 10 AM and 6 PM, which was a couple of times. Would recommend hotel to others with the hope that this rude young woman would no longer be working there.

Large and beautiful room, new and clean bathroom. Staff was nice and welcoming. Helped us to make a ticket reservation to Neuschwanstein. A splendid breakfast with a variety of food.

Problems with wifi, in fact, it didn't work during the second day of our stay.

Loved this hotel, pretty building located at the edge of a nice park, great breakfast, nice cafe, very friendly staff. We had a lovely suite with a big balcony facing the park. The room facilities were great and very clean. Even received a fresh fruit plate. A very nice hotel.

Since we have no car, the location was a little difficult, since it was at least a 10-15 minute walk into town, but a very pretty walkway along the river. With a lot of rain during our stay, walking was not always so pleasant.

Great location! It is ideally situated and a perfect getaway. We hope to return someday.

The location was within walking distance of the town yet not right in the centre which we like. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was the most generous we have experienced in our week long holiday. The selection of foods to eat was amazing. The staff At he hotel were particularly friendly.

The shower holder in our room was broken which made it awkward for us. The WiFi connection was irregular ans sometimes we just could not get on.

There was a warm welcome from staff and the owner. The setting of the Hotel is absolutely delightful, the views, the walks and the peace and quiet. I highley recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

I absolutely love this hotel. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Everywhere you look, it is beautifully decorated. The staff could not have been more friendly. The breakfast buffet was 10/10, The view of the park and mountains is gorgeous. The location, just a few minutes' walk from the middle of town, is perfect. The style and decor of the building is romantic and cozy. I am trying to think of the smallest detail I didn't like, but there are none, and I stay in lots of hotels in Europe and North America. Thank you!!

Personal äußerst freundlich Man kann außer bestem Frühstück auch hervorragend speisen. Obendrein gibt es auch sehr leckeren Kuchen oder Torten. Das Haus verfügt über eine tolle Wellness Oase, sogar Sauna auch im Freien.

Es gab nichts negatives.

Ottima la posizione, vicinissimo al centro storico di Fussen, raggiungibile a piedi; discreta la colazione, staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Comodo il parcheggio auto.

staff molto gentile, camera pulita e carina, posizione buona a 5 minuti dal centro e vicino ai castelli , centro benessere carino anche se non molto grande.fantastica la sauna e idro all'esterno!
