Excellent helpful staff. Huge room with awesome enclosed giant balcony. Very clean. Superb breakfast on 13th floor with views and indoor or outdoor seating. Breakfast variety and service were excellent. Convenient fussganger zone shopping is right across the street. Restaurant food is quite good; we had dinner there one time. Hotel price is good value for what you get. Free wifi from business floors could barely reach our bathroom. They have pay wifi on our floor, but I think free wifi should be standard in all hotels. The front of hotel is under construction and the garage is extremely dark, but these will be much better once the construction is completed.

Friendliness of staff. Large, clean room. Location. Decent breakfast. So disappointed in this "hotel" after all the great reviews. You basically rent a room in a scruffy apartment block above a small shopping centre, with a reception and a decent restaurant on top. A 4* hotel with no ac, no 24 hour reception, no tea /coffee making facilities in room, no curtains!?? The balcony is a gimmick and only any use if you are a smoker. Don't be sold by the pictures of the views from the top. Anyone can use the restaurant, entry is free. There are much better hotels for less money within a 5 min walk.

Wir haben in einem Dreibettzimmer übernachtet, dass mit zwei getrennten Räumen gut ausgestattet war; schön war auch die Aussicht auf die Stadt vom 7. Stock aus; empfehlenswert ist auch das Hotelrestaurant im 13 Stock. Die aktuell laufenden Umbauarbeiten haben nicht gestört. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Mir wurde trotz Einzelzimmerbuchung eine "Suite" (Zimmer 601) zugeteilt, welches äußert geräumig war. Die Bauarbeiten störten nicht die Nachtruhe, einzig die Garage war durch die Baumaßnahmen beeinträchtigt.

Freundliches Personnal,sehr gutes Frühstück,grosse Zimmer mit Wintergarten,schöne Aussicht Badezimmer etwas klein,WC direkt neben den Handtüchern,Tiefgarage etwas heruntergekommen(ist allerdings ein öffentliches Parkhaus)

Ideale ligging voor een overnachting in geval van doorreis naar Italië, dicht bij de autoweg en Kempten is een leuk plaatsje om even te verpozen. Er is geen airconditioning en dit kan in de zomer vervelend zijn. De (nog niet gerenoveerde) kamer gaf een groezelige indruk: vieze vlekken op vloerbekleding en behang, maar de badkamer en sanitair waren netjes.

Die Lage des Hotels mitten im Zentrum von Kempten mit dem ausgezeichneten Restuarant "Sky" in der 13. Etage. Die Größe der Zimmer ca, 40 qm ist auch sehr schön. .Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel. Als Geschäftsreisender habe ich dieses Hotel wiederholt frequentiert und den selben Preis bezahlt (105 €) wie für eine Übernachtung als Zwischenstop für eine weitere Urlaubsreise in den Süden. d.h. ich habe dort Freitag auf Samstag den gleichen Preis bezahlt obwohl es eigentlich in den besten Hotels in Deutschland immer Wochenendrabatt gibt.

חדר גדול מאוד. מיקום מעולה: ליד המידרחוב. מסעדת ה-סקיי ליין נותנת מבט מגבוה על העיר וסביבותיה. ארוחת בוקר מעולה וצוות המסעדה נותן שרות מצויין. אין wi fi בחדרים . אין מיזוג אוויר ( היה מאוורר) . נראה שהמלון זקוק לריענון.

Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet mit sehr gutem Service. Die Steckdosensituation ist mager. Das Bad ist im Vergleich zur Zimmergröße winzig.

de centrale ligging in het centrum de ingang was vuil en moeilijk toegankelijk, ligt aan de achterkant van de building, de lift verouderd, de directe omgeving binnen het gebouw was totaal vcervallen

Hotel gebruikt voor doorreis naar Italiê. Wij kregen een ruime kamer voor 2 volwassenen + 1 kind. Bovenal het restaurant op de hoogste verdieping met mooi uitizicht, goede kwaliteit van het avond menu en het ochtenbuffet waren een pluspunt.

De kamers zijn heel groot en aangenaam. De ondergrondse parking is een pluspunt. Het onbijt was uitgebreid en men heeft daar een prachtig zicht op Kempten,
