This hotel is very central so it made it very easy for us to get around. The room was lovely and the hotel itself has a nice luxurious feel about it One thing I did not like was that our 'double room' was in fact two single beds placed together. Another problem we had was when we needed to know the best way to get to the airport the receptionist could not tell us as she said she didn't know. Having worked as a receptionist, I would consider that to be an essential piece of information to help tourists. |

Very good location, very pleasant atmosphere, excellent breakfest there is one very small and very often problem - noisy and long working ventilator connected with the light in the bathroom |

Excellent staff and very helpful and courteous. Parking was difficult to find and very limited in the hotel garage. The double bed listed for the romantic package was actually two singles pushed together (or so it seemed as there were two separate mattresses), however this may be the norm for Germany. |

We were traveling to bring our daughter back from uni in Regensburg. We looked at a lot of hotels on the web. We wanted something close to the station and were told to try to get something near the old town. This one was five minutes from the station and stood out for looks and we were not disappointed. It is a very posh looking hotel but the prices were quite reasonable. Although MaximilianStrasse is predominantly pedestrian, there is a busy traffic cross-section nearby and the hotel is opposite a busy Macdonalds frequented by late-night youf.. So possibly a little noisy for some at night but the windows shut this out when closed. In high summer though you may swelter (as we did in late July) as there is no air-conditioning. |

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Large comfortable clean rooms. Breakfast buffet very good, staff excellent. The restaurant staff are a nightmare. Be aware they are not hotel employees so do what they like. The hotel needs to look at their association with this restaurant!! |

The hotel was very nice and the breakfast and breakfast room were super With the current climate change we are experiencing the hotel needs air conditioning. Fans don't do it and it is hard to sleep on the 3rd floor when it never gets cool. Same problem everywhere in Bavaria |
