Staff were freindly and did very best to help regarding traveling around and bike-rental etc despite language barrier. Breakfast included. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. The townof Sellin is pretty quiet. |

Position of the hotel is good. Parking site available. Very good choice of breakfast bufet. The room No 102 is not very good. It is right above the outside restaurant. It is noisy until midnight. For long stay - impossible. |

Location was very good. No one in the hotel spoke english!Luckily my husband speaks some german..If you work in a hotel thus with tourists, you must speak basic english at the very least! One thing I didnt appreciate was that you could not pay with a credit card when checking out as stated on the website!They ask for CASH ONLY and you can not speak to them bc they dont know any english. |

Sehr nettes und entgegenkommendes Personal. Immer konkrete Auskünfte erteilt. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.Hotel machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, sehr sauber! Ja, man konnte keine Halbpension buchen, da der einzige Koch erkrankt war. Kein richtiges Ausweichangebot (z.B. kalte Platten zum Abendessen) vorhanden gewesen. Man wurde auf andere Gaststätten verwiesen. |

Lichtschalter für Deckenleuchte ist nicht in Ordnung. Staub sollte auch bei der Zimmerreinigung eine Rolle spielen.Bitte reinigen Sie im Restaurant doch die Wandleuchten ab und zu vom Staub und Spinnweben. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und die Ausstattung ist als normal einzustufen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und dem Hotelzimmerpreis angemessen. Ich werde dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen. Die Matrazen waren hart und zu flach (das Kopfende war nicht höhenverstellbar). Gewohnheitsabhängig!! |

Har bott på hotellet tidigare och uppskattade det redan då för priset, atmosfären och den fina frukosten. Intryck som stämde överens även denna gång. Då, hösten 2008, gick det inte att betala rummet med kort, men det fungerade nu Tyckte illa om är fel ord, men det är förvånande att hotellpersonalen inte behärskar engelska. Ställ en fråga på engelska och du får svaret på tyska ... |

Optimale Lage: Vom Hotel zum Südstrand sind es zu Fuß knapp 10 Minuten, vom Hotel zur City (Wilhelmstraße) knapp 5 Minuten. Gut für ältere Menschen: Neben dem Hotel starten die Ausflugsbahnen zum Strand und zur Seebrücke und auch Busse. Direkt neben dem Hotel ein gut sortierter ReWe-Markt. Schön war die Gastronomie außerhalb des Hotels und die Sonnenterrasse für die Gäste Wir hatten zwei Einraumappartements: Eines war wie beschrieben ausgestattet mit Fernseher, Einbauküche, Sofa, Essecke. Das zweite war auf Grund des Aufzugschachtes spartanisch: Raum sehr klein, Sofa fehlte, Bad und WC getrennt, aber sehr klein und einfache Waschbecken ohne jegliche Ablagemöglichkeiten |

vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, prima ontbijt en parkeren bij het hotel is goed geregeld. Matrassen zijn erg hard en waren voor ons weinig confortabel. De koffie op het hotelterras was maar "dunnetjes". |

Zunächst die Lage des Hotels. Zentrum, Strand und der Kleinbahnhof sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es sind ausreichende, kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Qualität und das Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffett sind sehr gut. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier. |
