Die Freundlichkeit war überdurchschnittlich. Das Zimmer wurde mir freigehalten, trotz Probleme bei der Buchung. Super gelegen, tolle Verkehrsanbindung und für jeden ein großes Bett. Vielen Dank dafür!

Zweckmäßig - bei der Anreise um 18:10 Uhr ist kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort, man muss jemanden anrufen, der dann einen Code übermittelt mit dem die Tür geöffnet werden kann - als allein reisende Frau hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass die Rezeption nachts besetzt ist - Zimmer dunkel eingerichtet

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Da ein Angehöriger in Pankow lebt, war die Lage ideal. Auch, dass das Frühstück nicht mitgebucht werden mußte, war in diesem Fall gut, da wir bei den Verwandten gefrühstückt haben.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und der dazu gehörige Raum sind ansprechend. Freundlicher Kontakt zur Hotelmitarbeiterin!! Es hätte sauberer sein können !!! Spinnweben !!! Zerrissenes Sofa !! Leider !!

Wir haben ein Hotel in Pankow-City gesucht. Die Lage war prima, man ist in wenigen Schritten mitten in Pankow. Der Preis ist o.K., Frühstück auch (muss aber extra gebucht bzw. bestellt werden für 7,-Euro).Geschlafen haben wir auch sehr gut (Betten und Matratzen gut, ruhige Lage). Das Bad war allerdings sehr klein bzw. eng, die Zimmereinrichtung sehr einfach, aber freundlich. Die Inhaber nett und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war o.K., im Treppenaufgang nicht. Wenn man darüber hinweggucken kann, ist es in Ordnung, dort kurzzeitig zu wohnen, zumal es sonst nichts in der Lage (Pankow-City) gibt. siehe oben: Sauberkeit Treppenaufgang, Fußboden (Holzdielen) knarrt im Zimmer

Bij aankomst was er geen personeel aanwezig, met instructies op een briefje kon er telefonisch contact worden gemaakt met de beheerders. Na wat verwarring en een tweede telefoontje (2 locaties) kregen we een code om de deur te openen. Dit gaf geen goede indruk.
