Friendliness et efficiency at the reception ; friendliness and good service at the restaurant in the evening. Very good breakfast ! Room was very calm and clean as I like it. |

easy check in,friendly welcome and received basic necessary information about how to get in the city.Nice room,good breakfast,easy parking,easy acces by metro to the city center chek out.The invoice and the debited amonunt from the credit card was on other's guest name.The lady at the reception was not friendly at all, as if we were guilty for her mistake.Not even an appologise or good bye when we left.She was happy to get rid of us. |

De bediening, en ontbijdbuffet bij de balie werd niet uitgelegd waar we onze hotelkamers konden vinden, koud-warmbuffetavond sober, dit was ivm drukte van de Messe maar wij hadden liever iets meer betaald voor een betere keus voor een 4 sterren hotel. |

Park Inn çalışanları her türlü fırsatı değerlendirip extra para almaya çalışıyor. Check out yaparken yanlış hesaplama sonucu 200 € extra ücret talep ettiler. Açıklamasını isteyince de özür dileriz deyip tutarı iptal ettiler. İki adet yatak isteğimizi extra 30 € olduğunu belirterek geri çevirdiler. Daha sonra yetkili ile konuşmak istediğimizi ve böyle bir extra ücretin doğru olmadığını söyleyince, 30 € gecelik extra fiyat isteklerini iptal ettiler. Otel tamamen maddi nedenlerle müşteri memnuniyetini hiçe saymaktadır. Ayrıca kahvaltı için istenen extra ücret çok fazladır. Kahvaltı kesinlikle bu fiyatı hakedecek nitelikte değildir. |

La limpieza, el orden de todo el hotel y exclusivamente de las habitaciones.Muy cómodo y el trato excelente. La situación, un poco alejado del centro, aunque las comunicaciones en tranvía son estupendas. |

goede ruime kamer, goede parkeer gelegenheid vlak bij de doorgaande weg resterant was wat matig in keuze voor dinee, weinig gewoon eten. was ook prijsig. al met al geen leuk plekje waar je even wat kunt eten zonder uitgebeid gedekte tafel. |

Die Verkehrsanbindung (Strasse & Bahn) sind hervorragend. Das Bett (Matratze) war so schlecht, dass ich 2 Naechte kaum geschlafen habe. |

Tolles Zimmer, sehr gutes FB Das ab 8h drei mal Zimmermädchen in das Zimmer kamen; auch während ich auf der Tolilette war. Außerdem wurde das Zimmer, während ich beim Frühstück war ca.9 h bereits für den nächsten Gast hergerichtet obwohl ich hätte bis 12h auschecken können und um 10 h ausgecheckt habe. Als ich um 9.45h noch einmal die Toilette aufsuchte kam noch mal ein Zimmermädchen herein. Habe es an Rezeption gemeldet. |

Sauberes Bad + Freundliche Bedienung. Das bestellte Rinderfilesteak war ungeniessbar (schmeckte zäh und war total durchgebraten, obwohl bei Bestellung eigens um 'englisch blutig' gegrillt gebeten wurde. also ein Totalausfall. Den angebotenen Kaffee als Trost habe ich nicht gewollt. Der Abend war mir gründlich verdorben. |
