great location to town centre. wonderful staff and our room was ready early in the day which was great and so clean. the receptionist was very helpful. breakfast is very expensive |

Polite staff. Stylish hotel. Lots of space in the hotel to relax. Bad drain smell from bathroom. Threadbare , shabby bedclothes for extra bed. The lunch to the room (especially the tomato soup) was awful. Polite, but not helpful staff. Different to our expectations… not worth 4 stars |

We had little to complain about. Decent place with friendly staff and free wired internet in the room. Nicely located in the city centre. Breakfast is expensive at 17Euro pp, but there are plenty of other opportunities around the corner. Free wireless internet throughout the hotel would be nice (now at the lobby and the 4th floor only). |

Nice hotel, central loktion, very near from shoping area, and to river mosel, easy to go to histirical center, Porta Nigra railway is in some walking distance. Best hotel in Trier. |

Zeer goede ligging, vriendelijk en efficient personeel, goede keuken. Zeer rustige slaapkamers aan de binnenkant. Openbare parking direct via hotel bereikbaar. Een aanrader. Spijtig dat er enkel of douche, of ligbad was, en niet beide. Dat hadden we graag vooraf geweten, zodat we kunnen kiezen. |

Het hotel is perfect gelegen. De kamers zijn verzorgd, net als het ontbijt dat niet goedkoop is, maar zeker zijn geld waard is. Op de bediening is weinig tot niks aan te merken. Het hotel beschikt niet over een eigen parking. Dat kan tijdens drukke zaterdagmiddagen leiden tot moeilijkheden om te parkeren. |

très bonne localisation au centre de la ville, parking aisé à côté de l'hotel, très bon petit déjeuné places insuffisantes pour le petit déjeuné, personnel à la réception peu locace et connaissant assez mal les établissement de restauration environnants |
