The location is perfect, right in the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful with our various needs. We had a room on the side of the hotel facing the coyette cafe. It was rather noisy, especially on Thursday (Happy Hour night).

Location was excellent. Room clean and spacious. Staff on reception were helpful. Car parking was within the Hotel and very secure. We wanted a meal after we arrived. The restaurant was quite busy, but the waitress on the booking desk said we could not be accomodated, even though we were residents. After some discussion she said we could eat on the outside of the restaurant (a bar waiting area) then promptly forgot about us!! Not very impressed. The meal turned out to be good and we had a complimentary drink on the house and they let us in to the main restaurant.

Hotel is located in the city centre, which is very convenient for shopping and site seeing. Spa facilities were very extended and easy to book. Parking was very close, with the lift comming into the hotel lobby, 14 Euro per day. The Climate Controle System did not realy function, it was very hot in the room. We had to change the room, which it did not help much. Breakfast is a little overpriced, 17 Euro, but very extended and fresh.

Excellent location to visit Trier. Comfy and quiet rooms. Nicely decorated and cosy lobby. However no wireless despite the fact it was advertised on the website. Reasonable price but breakfast not included, nor parking

It was in the city, you could walk to shopping and tourist attractions. I booked a non-smoking room and all they had left were smoking rooms. I would have cancelled if could have got my money back. The smell was in the furniture and in the curtains. I do not recommend this hotel. The room was clean but the smell was awful.

We reserved a junior suit but due to a technical problem with air condition we were given a larger room. This was very nice of the hotel and their policy. We found the front desk staff and the general staff nice, attentive and helpful. Hotel is located in a wonderful spot. Good breakfast, free internet and very clean hotel. I must say junior suit bathroom was quite small but very ergonomically designed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel was central to the town in a good area. The room was very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the room. Reception staff not very helpful. The breakfasts were very expensive.

Located at the centre Not organized, at check in they wanted to charge us for extra breakfast for the kids, while at check out creditnote was made as our kids are under 12! No connected room available. When asking for visiting the holy rock at the st Pieters Dom, nobody of reception new about even this... And there were 3 girls at the reception...

Good location Absolutely disgusting odour in the room. There were no non smoker rooms available and the smoker room that we were assigned was totally unacceptable. The restaurant seemed very noisy so we did not use it. The feree wifi only functioned intermittently.

Main reason for visiting Trier was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and visit the Christmas market. The comfort of the hotel combined with the snowy weather made for a truly memorable trip!
