We liked the layout of the apartment, easy access to parking at the rear and how close it was to supermarket and good restaurant, also easy to get to Frankfurt.

No tea-making facilities in the apartment/rooms as there is in most hotels, and B & Bs.

Greatest ever receptionests, both the Italian gentlmen who I met 1:30 am in the morning with a very welcoming smile & Nicoli who helped me alot sorting out travel plans in another german city.

Not really, however will be more economical to take a taxi from airport directly to hotel, rather than from airport to hbf & then to hotel which was a Euro 30 ride which I have done, I'm told the first is cheaper.

It was quite ok, but surprise was restuarant - Japanese-Korean food only! Breakfast standard;

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.

It was very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful. The facilities were good. The location was excellent for us. Close to Bad Soden and very easy to commute into frankfurt by train. We had an apartment which was large. Overall a very good standard.

The only small point was that the buffet selection although reasonable in choice was not replenished as by 9.15 a few things like bacon and fried eggs were gone and not replaced. But this was only a minor problem

Au lieu d'avoir qu'une simple chambre, nous avons reçu un appartement avec une chambre, un séjour et une cuisine. (Seul point négatif: pas de casseroles ou ustensiles dans la cuisine)

Atención del personal, muy buena conexión a internet tanto WIFI en la habitación y en recepción como por LAN,limpieza y amplitud de las habitaciones.El restaurante del hotel es Coreano, pero a 5 minutos hay una pizzeria y un restaurante alemán muy bueno y bien de precio que se llama Goldener Löwe o algo así.

Es cierto que huele a comida en los pasillos. En mi habitación el primer día olía como a tabaco. No obstante, volvería a este hotel porque las virtudes que tiene(lo que más valoro es lo dicho anteriormente) superan a los defectos.

Einrichtung veraltet, ungemütlich, laut, Dusche verkalkt, ungemütlicher Speisesaal. Raucherecke unter dem Zimmerfenster, Raucherecke bis spät abends aktiv. Lautes Donnern und Krachen in der Tiefgarage. In der Umgebung sehr laute Musik. Keine erholsame Atmosphäre. Toilette direkt vor dem Waschbecken. Vier Sterne übertrieben!
