We liked the layout of the apartment, easy access to parking at the rear and how close it was to supermarket and good restaurant, also easy to get to Frankfurt. No tea-making facilities in the apartment/rooms as there is in most hotels, and B & Bs. |

Although the hotel is located away from the city centre but quite accessible through public transport Frankfurt hbf > Frankfurt Hoechts s1 s2 Weisbaden > Hotel through 57 or 58 Bus. Hotel equiped with all the basic necessacities specially free internet. |

Greatest ever receptionests, both the Italian gentlmen who I met 1:30 am in the morning with a very welcoming smile & Nicoli who helped me alot sorting out travel plans in another german city. Not really, however will be more economical to take a taxi from airport directly to hotel, rather than from airport to hbf & then to hotel which was a Euro 30 ride which I have done, I'm told the first is cheaper. |

Please write at least 15 words Being told I could not iron a shirt at 7am. They would not let me use an iron because of 'Fire risk' !! I was told when the housekeeping came on duty at 8.30 they would iron it for me. When I suggested I could go to the laundry room, I was told and I quote; " This is not a five star hotel, sir" I will never stay there again.....How silly its 2009 and you can't get a shirt ironed !!! Good job!! |

It was very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful. The facilities were good. The location was excellent for us. Close to Bad Soden and very easy to commute into frankfurt by train. We had an apartment which was large. Overall a very good standard. The only small point was that the buffet selection although reasonable in choice was not replenished as by 9.15 a few things like bacon and fried eggs were gone and not replaced. But this was only a minor problem |

staff gentilissimo, pulizia impeccabile, molto bella anche la zona, la fermata della metro dista circa 500 metri, ma è una piacevole passeggiata la zona non è molto centrale benchè ben collegata |

Ein sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern.Die online Buchung wurde unproblematisch und sehr schnell ausgeführt.Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Ausschließlich koreanische Küche ohne Speisekarte. |

Parkplätze am Hotel vorhanden; sehr ruhige Lage; Zimmer waren groß genug und sauber; Frühstück war reichhaltig Rauchmelder im Zimmer gab mitten in der Nacht Alarm (Batteriezustand leer)- Batterien sollten regelmäßiger ausgetauscht/überprüft werden; zum Frühstück gehören zu einem Frühstückspreis von 12,- € frische Brötchen!! |

Sehr gut gefallen hat mir die Qualität und die Funktionalität der Betten. Man konnte seinen idealen Schlafkomfort selbst bestimmen. Mir hat nicht gefallen, daß das Fühstück nicht im Zimmerpreis inklusive war. Somit verschiebt sich das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Der frühstückspreis ist zu hoch angesetzt. |

Atención del personal, muy buena conexión a internet tanto WIFI en la habitación y en recepción como por LAN,limpieza y amplitud de las habitaciones.El restaurante del hotel es Coreano, pero a 5 minutos hay una pizzeria y un restaurante alemán muy bueno y bien de precio que se llama Goldener Löwe o algo así. Es cierto que huele a comida en los pasillos. En mi habitación el primer día olía como a tabaco. No obstante, volvería a este hotel porque las virtudes que tiene(lo que más valoro es lo dicho anteriormente) superan a los defectos. |

Hotelmitarbeiter sehr nett. Einrichtung veraltet, ungemütlich, laut, Dusche verkalkt, ungemütlicher Speisesaal. Raucherecke unter dem Zimmerfenster, Raucherecke bis spät abends aktiv. Lautes Donnern und Krachen in der Tiefgarage. In der Umgebung sehr laute Musik. Keine erholsame Atmosphäre. Toilette direkt vor dem Waschbecken. Vier Sterne übertrieben! |
