My biggest complain is regarding the manager of the hotel. I had problems with the internet connection, that was going off very frequently. This happened once at 10pm, when there was none at the reception anymore. I tried using the phone they have available for guests outside reception hours and the manager answered. She was not very willingly to help. At the end she told me she would call someone and hanged up. I tried to call her back a minute after this but she did not answer the phone at all. After 15 minutes the receptionst appeared back, and she fixed the internet problem in a friendly way, but I could not believe that the manager decided to leave me there waiting, without answeritng to give any more information regarding whether something was going to be done or not to fix my problem.
The walls are too think and I was woken up almost every night by the noise of people using the toilet in the next room.
That there is no lift is not convenient, since when I left there was none available at the reception to help me with my suitcase and I was at the second floor.
Some mornings there was a receptionist that, although friendly, she didn't speak English. Since I don't speak German, it was very difficult to communicate with her.
It is very easily reachable by tram from the City Centre, since the tram stop is right in front of the hotel. (However, the tram journey from the Centre is about 20 minutes.)
The price for an ensuite room single is reasonable.
