Reception was super friendly! It's very close to the Alpamare swimming complex. It's a wellness hotel for seniors, one of the two rooms only had a bath tub and no shower, the breakfast was a bit lacking compared to other three star hotels, usually German breakfasts are super, and it was expensive for such limited fare.

Das Hotel ist sehr schlecht ausgeschildert,da nicht darauf hin gewiesen wird das es mit einer Reha Klinik zusammen gehört . In der Villa gibt es kein Personal es ist ein lerr stehendes Gebäude und kein Hotel !!!!!!!! Lage nicht schlecht aber Service =0 !!!!!

Le camere sono ampie e comode,l'hotel è vicino ad alpamare, abbastanza vicino al centro di Bad Tolz,si può accedere gratuitamente alla piscina dell'hotel che è molto gradevole. Il personale parla solo tedesco

Nahe Lage zum Ort. Stiel der Einrichtung, die jedoch überholt / Saniert werden sollte (Wände im Treppenhaus, Neue Fenster > Heizung ist recht laut)) 1. Frühstück ist nicht in der Villa. Man müss über den Hof bei Schnee / Eis und Regen zum Kurzentrum laufen. 2. Frühstückszeit endet zu früh. 3. Sämtlich Handtücher waren veraltet. Entweder vergilbt oder an den Rändern zerrissen. 4. Man ist eigentlich in einem Kurzentrum, nicht in einem Hotel

ruhig gelegen, zentrumnah, großes Zimmer u. Bad (Bad mit Fenster), kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend (und frisch zubereitet) vorhanden.

Zimmermädchen/Reinigung, unverschämte Person,unhöflich ,frech wollte uns schon um 8.30 Uhr rausschmeißen,mit schlechtem Deutsch muß zi. Sauber machen, platzte ins Zimmer. Regulärer Zimmerverlass um 10.30 Uhr,-Nur ärger. Zimmer nicht beheizt. Heizung nicht zum Regulieren.

Die zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Thermalbad sowie die absolute Ruhe. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurden fehlende Teile erst mit einiger Verzögerung wieder aufgefüllt.

La struttura è un po' decadente, ma elegante La reception era aperta fino alle 18.30!!! Per pagare ho dovuto aspettare l'addetta più di 30 min, poi non ha accettato il bancomat con circuito Maestro

Просторный номер, тихое место. Достаточно хорошо в именно в этом корпусе. В главный корпус (клинику), где находится ресепшен, доступ в Интренет и возможность позавтракать, а также сауна и бассейн ходить не рекомендую. Доступ в Интернет в другом корпусе в общей комнате, который по сути является клиникой. Очень много больных, пожилых людей, поэтому после посещения этого второго корпуса самочувствие ухудшается.

Die kompetente Dame am Tag unserer Abreise.Sie war die erste der wir nicht helfen mussten. Wellnessbereich sehr sauber schön warm war sehr schön Schwer zu finden, unzureichend beschildert (leider nur ein DIN A4 bedrucktes Blatt) etwas schwierig vom Auto aus zu lesen.Die "netten" Worte der Chefin wegen eines Parkplatzes......

Le bellissime camere, la natura circostante. Non c'è personale e si deve fare riferimento ad una struttura vicina. Se, come nel mio caso, la persona alla reception non parla che il tedesco si fa un po' fatica :p

Poloha, klid. Velmi špatné snídaně, jak co do rozmanitosti, tak organizace - všude cedulky se jmény, ale naše jména nikde nebyla - nikdo nám nic nevysvětlil. A opravdu hrozné postele. Hodně nás z nich bolela záda a strašně vrzaly.

Villa am Park ist ein Gebäude auf dem Gelände einer Reha-Klinik. Das Frühstück wird im Speisesaal der Reha-Klinik angeboten und hat Großküchencharakter. Ab 8.00 Uhr sind die Reha-Patienten mit dem Frühstück fertig und dann wird schon für das Mittagessen eingedeckt. Auch die Villa selbst wurde wohl früher für Patienten genutzt und ist "altbacken" und ungemütlich eingerichtet. Das ganze Gelände wird eher ungepflegt.

Wir waren zwar nur für eine Nacht da, aber wir haben ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit Bad bekommen. Betten waren zwar hart aber wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Hatten das Frühstück 7 Euro pro Person mitgebucht, kann man sehr empfehlen. Haus ist an Kurklinik angeschlossen das bedeutet man kann den sehr schönen neuen Wellnesbereich mit nutzen.

Habitaciones elegantes. Muy buena piscina cubierta con jacuzzy. El centro está a 15 minutos dando un agradable paseo por la zona de los hoteles/balneario En el edificio donde nos alojaron no había ascensor (tiene 4 plantas)
