Hotel Passauer Wolf  

Perfect location. Easy to find. Sekt on arrival. Very spacious lovely room overlooking Donau. High Quality furniture. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom very good. Best breakfast ever including Sekt. Very pleasant and helpfull staff.

Free Parking is limited to only 5 garage spaces. Fortunately having a disabled badge overcame this issue so parking on the Donau in front of the hotel was not a problem. Payment is generally required from 0900 - 1800 hrs otherwise.

Spacious comfortable room.

Outside traffic was very noisy all the time. I was told that I can leave the car in the public parking under the bridge until the next day but next day I got a ticket. I told this to the receptionist lady but she kept telling me "it is city parking." Probably she wanted to say that they cannot do anything about it, which I knew without being told. However, they could have told me that I had to pay to avoid the ticket. I paid the fine and she agreed to send it for me. However, I had to wait 10 minutes before she came to the receptionist desk for this and also 5 minutes at the time of check out. This experience and the traffic noise gave me a very bad impression of this hotel. I would stay in a different hotel next time.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very cordial. Champagne welcome was not expected!!

The staff was very welcoming, the room was lovely, and the ambiance was delightful. The location along the river in the old city is perfect. We would highly recommend it.

We found the hotel to be in a very convenient location for walking around the old city of Passau. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful and did speak enough English that we were able to get our questions answered. The breakfast buffet was a good selection of cheeses, meats, cereals, scrambled & soft boiled eggs, fresh fruits, breads, juices and hot coffee or tea. The room overlooked the river and we did not have problems with noise as the river cruise boats boarded and de boarded passengers.

Nicest hotel we have stayed at for many years. Passeu is` a beutiful town made better by staying at this hotel. Veiws over the Danube very impressive.Breakfast excellent value.

It is right in old stadt. Breakfast was decent.

This hotel has very limited parking. If you were unable to get a reserved spot you would have to pay at a meter ever 1.5 hours until 6pm. This was very difficult. The hotel is broken up onto different floors. Person working the front desk was unfamiliar with area and could not recommend restaurants or activities. We would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is wonderfully positioned in the centre of the old town of Passau, within walking distance of all sights, shopping and the railway station. The room was extremely comfortable, and immaculately kept. The staff were wonderful, we were given champagne on arrival, and assisted in every way possible. The cost of our stay was budget-priced, but first-class value.

Excellent place and value for money was incredible!
