Excellent spacious and comfortable room with views over Danube. Good breakfast -again with views over Danube. Right in city centre. Easy parking. Lady on reception very friendly and welcoming - good restaurant recommendations.

Hard to find anything we did not like! No restaurant but lots nearby - did not miss.

I had a wonderful room, an amazing view. Hotel is in great location and rooms are very comfortable! The restroom is Champagne as a welcome gift!

Its position overlooking the Danube on the one side , but on the other the entrance directly into the old town . The room was very spacious , and quiet . And I have never had a better breakfast anywhere on the Continent of Europe .

SPA area very small.

Location in the town centre was excellent. The hotel was quiet and convenient for all sightseeing, with all sights accessible by foot. Our room was large with a comfortable seating area. It was immaculate, very well organised and with all facilities. Buffet breakfast was fine, although on a busy weekend we needed to eat at a table in the nearby bar area which was not a problem.

Could not get access to an iron during our stay, probably not a big deal to most but if you are travelling for some time it is desirable. Reception staff were nice but lacked some knowledge on local facilities. You will need to use a land line to access the internet.

Thehotle is located across the street from the river cruise ship port. It is also very near towm for touring..

Making reservations directly with the hotel would have saved us 25 Euros a night.

Everything! This hotel was one we had stayed at before and absolutely had to return to. From the welcome glass of bubbly on arrival, to the superb breakfast the next day everything was wonderful. The luxury room lived up to its description, with a view over the Danube. The roof terrace is a nice place on which to enjoy a sundowner drink. In my opinion there is no finer place to stay in Passau.

minor: had to try hard to get anyone's attention at breakfast to get some coffee...though the coffee and breakfast were good, at least...

It's withing walking distance to the river bank and city. Charming city. Room was nice and the breakfast was superb. Reception staff was pleasant.

Our first impression was very poor. There was no available hotel parking and it took 30 minutes of driving around until we found the parking under the bridge. The elevator wasn't working when we arrived and we had to carry our luggage up to the reception area.

easy to locate ,wonderful views of the old town ,close to boat trips , surrounded by eating places, parking facilities,very clean very spacious bedroom , the breakfast was excellent , we were very impressed ,and price was less than one would expect for such an excellent hotel

The bed. This was of a very good quality.

All the rest. House keeping was a disaster. It is said that there is a bar... I came in this place the first day. After 20 minutes waiting time, and still nobody coming, I went away. I cam in the evening asking for water. It really seems that I was disturbing the receptionist. When I came to check out, the owner told me face to face "but you know, 90% of our guests are satisfied...". No WiFi, no air co... And you call this 4 star ? Definitely not to recommend.

Excellent location

As it was vwry hot during my stay. I found that the room was too hot to sleep properly even though I had the window open all night. I think that fans should be allocated to each room.
