Cleaniless and confort. The staff was great as me and my friend booked 1 bedroom with 2 beds. As it wasn't possible they gave us a 2nd bedroom with no extra cost. |

A very capable, friendly and warmhearted person at the reception desk. Let me forget that the beds weren't done upon (late) arrival in the room. |

The breakfast was nice, the location of the Hotel was good. The bathroom was big and nice. We booked a double room and were given a single room. The quite unfriendly clerk said it was a "French" double room. The bed was a single one no doubt about that besides in the very small room there was just one little closet and one night table on one side. In the bathroom was just one towel and one glas to wash the teeth. So it definitely was a single room. We got definitely crocked!!!!! |

The room was a very good size, nice decor and comfortable beds. The bathroom was excellent, especially the beautiful, large shower. The breakfast buffet was very appealing and delicious. The room was hot and the fan was extremely noisy. Opening the window to the street was no help as the traffic noise was worse than the fan noise. The pillows were not comfortable. |

I thought the room itself was excellent in terms of comforrt and design The location was probably 1/2 kilometre too far from the station and frankfurt cbd. |

Generally nicely done up, good new feel with modern theme. Decent breakfast included in the rate and nice modern bathroom and clean room. No aircon so on a hot day you can get quite bothered. Location isn't great, unless you have appointments close by. |

The hotel is very modern, very clearn, and the staff was very friendly. I was not crazy about having to put my room card into the slot at the front door in order to have electrical power to the room. That meant I could not recharge phone/etc., when I was out. |

The room was clean, the staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was good, and it is close to the city center. It was very hot inside the room and there was no air conditioning. There was however a cieling fan which made it cool in the room. The parking garage is extremely difficult to get in and out of if you dont drive a smart car. |

Very efficient, warm, friendly, & helpful receptionist Mr Werner!Good breakfast assortment. Lack of airconditon - had to keep windows open for air, but had to use earplugs to sleep due to traffic outside! |

It is close to city center and central station. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Generally, Pearl Hotel leaves a very good impression - neat, modest and practical. Bar fridge did not work. |

Very nice and helpful staff at the reception 1. No aircondition !!! It was +32c in Frankfurt so guess how hot it was.Only airfan. 2. Very bad smell of cloak in the bathroom. 3. Please have a spare phone adaptor at reception! |

We found the hotel to be clean and modern, the staff to be friendly and honest, and enjoyed the breakefast in the morning. The desk chair is small and uncomfortable, ok for one night but it would have gotten old after a couple of days. |
