Positionally great for Messe and Congresshalle and far enough away from others attending shows! Only problem is the breakfast, no hot food available and snitty waitress who wants you to sign forms before coffee....

Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet, es ist ruhig und appetitlich, alles prima. Ich war befremdet, einen Geldbetrag als Sicherheit hinterlegen zu müssen. das habe ich in anderen guten Hotels bei online Buchung nicht erlebt.

Dies war unser 2. Aufenthalt innerhalb weniger Monate, und es war wieder alles perfekt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück, sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, wie beim ersten Besuch ist besonders die Qualität der Betten und die Ausstattung des Badezimmers hervorzuheben. Es war alles super; wir kommen gern wieder!

Lage für den Besuch der Messe ideal. Mit 5 Stadtbahnstationen ist der Hauptbahnhof erreicht - von dort sehr gute Anbindung an den Flughafen bzw. das Messegelände!

Wir hatten als Upgrade eine Junior Suite mit sehr schönem Blick über Hannover. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und die Ausstattung perfekt! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Frühstück ist super lecker und es gibt eine große Auswahl. Jede Art von Eierspeise wird auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Die Sauna ist herrlich und während der Woche bis 23h geöffnet. Die Extra-Lounge, in welcher man bei bestimmten Zimmer- bzw. Suite-Buchungen kostenfrei Getränke und Snacks bekommt, entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Das Möbiliar ist sehr alt und ungepflegt. Kalte Getränke stehen zwar immer dort zur Verfügung, bei Kaffee und warmen Getränken muss man allerdings etwas länger warten bis Personal erscheint. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte dort nicht. Snacks werden dort nur auf Bestellung zubereitet. Dabei handelt es sich um einen kleinen Salat, Sandwich oder eine Suppe. Alles ist gut zubereitet. Da es allerdings bestellt werden muss und es keine Snacks gibt, die man sich dort einfach nehmen kann, nimmt man dieses Angebot höchstens 1-2 Mal pro Tag in Anspruch. Es wäre schön, wenn dort auch kleinere Snacks buffetartig zur Verfügung ständen. Ein weiterer Punkt betrifft das Frühstück. Bei unserem letzten Besuch standen auch diverse Light-Produkte (z.B. Babybel) beim Buffet. Diese fehlten dieses Mal leider. Im Allgemeinen könnte alles etwas gepflegter sein und ein paar nette, aufmerksame Details bzw. Serviceleistungen des Personals wären wünschenswert.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist extrem groß, vielseitig und bietet eine optimale Basis für einen guten Start in den Tag. Die Zimmer sind sehr eng. Für 2 Personen gemeinsam kaum denkbar. Die siebenstufige steile Treppe mitten im Zimmer ist (vermutlich aus Sicherheitsgründen) die ganze Nacht beleuchtet. Das Frühstückspersonal könnte es dem Personal an der Rezeption gleichtun und etwas freundlicher, aufmerksamer und dienstleitungsorientierter arbeiten. Es fehlt ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

Unaufdringlich schön designed, extrem gute, liebevolle Küche. Entspannt aufmerksames Personal. Schönes, gut gestaltetes Zimmer mit sehr funktionellem Bad. - Leider zu wenig Hinweise auf die bedeutende Pelikan Historie - wenig Exponate, kaum Information über die einstige Bedeutung, etwas zu sparsam mit Dekoration, puristisch wirkt dann - leer.
