I did like the very comfortable room, the location, near the bus stop and Potsdamer platz They didn't sell the Berlin Welcome Card, that it would have been useful to use immediately all the public transports. |

Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean room. Curtains too short - street lights shone into the room during the night. The decor of the breakfast room - the walls are too colourful. |

The location of hotel is very convenient and our room was clean and quiet as we requested. While the breakfasts were okay the staff was helpful and friendly. If you plan to arrive afterhours when the reception office is closed make sure you arrange to access your key prior to your arrival. We did and had no problems accessing our key and room.. Internet access was only available in the reception breakfast dinning room area. |

Excellent value for money, great location for our needs, friendly personnel, clean room and bathroom, good conectivity with public transportation, relatively quiet area if you stay on the courtyard side, acceptable even if on the street side. Small bathroom, but for a 3-4 days trip that was acceptable |

The bathrooms were obviously new and the room was well cleaned. One English speaking memeber of staff we came across (not many staff and none in attendance after 8pm)was polite, efficient and helpful. For a basic establishment the breakfast had a good range of choice and plentiful supply of tea & coffee. I would struggle to see this as a hotel. It is more just rooms off a corridor and a breakfast room open for 2 hrs per day! No lobby, communal lounge to wait for other guests or true reception area, in fact no where except your actual room to place yourself The rooms we occupied nos 18 & 19, particularly room 19 were poorly furnished. Onle 1 bedside light that was too dim to read with, curtains were a joke and didn't fit the window, carpet had seen better days, no telephone. Pillows and duvets also a little old and my duvet cover had many small holes in it. We felt maybe we had misinterpreted both the photos of the entrance and the hotel sign that displays "3stars" - they must be part of the sign design rather than rating! |

Good location. Close to the Philharmonie and the Potsdamer Platz. Strange price system. 55 Euro for the first two nights. That's good. But 65 for the third night and 85 for the fourth night!. I do not understand why the prise has increased. In spite of the three-star, this hotel does not worth paying 85 Euro per night. As other reviewers mention, there is no staff after 18.00. The room is small. The breakfast is cheep. |

The place is good to access to Potzdamer Platz. The absence of hotel staff at night is very inconvenient for users. The rooms facing to Potzdamer strasse are very noisy even at mid-night, due to heavy traffics. |

wonderful cleanliness of bedding, towels, rooms etc; smartness of decoration; organisation - arranging to leave the key for late arrivals, storing luggage on the last day etc; buffet breakfast with lovely choice would prefer curtains that came all the way down to the botttom of the window, and real lemon slices for lemon tea (but these are not big problems) |

The email booking was easy, and the late-night pick up of the key worked fine. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable and quiet at night. It was not easy to find staff to ask any questions, as I was out all day at a conference and there was never anyone after 6pm. |

The hotel is very close to the Brandenburg Gate and other landmarks. The breakfast was good. There is no free parking nearby as advertised on website. You must find a parking place on the street and pay hourly. Neither is there internet access. Staff does not speak English. |

Staff were friendly and helpful with informaation about Berlin and getting around. Comfortable clean room. Great breakfast. Good location just 10 minutes walk to Potsdamer Platz. From here it's another short walk to the Brandenburger Tor where all the sightseeing tours start. |

Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Although the hotel is handily placed on a main route near the city centre, our room faced the back and was therefore pleasantly quiet. |

The room is big. Too much, that's not a 3 stars hotel, only a hostel!! No wireless internet, though they said they have on the website!! Some staff can't speak english, but I didn't think so, just felt they didn't want to answer and solve my problems!! |

The hothel is newly renovated. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was really good. The staff was very helpful. The entrance is very unassuming and hard to find from the street. Reception anly available for limited hours. Prefer to be paid in cash. |

The front desk girl was extremely friendly and helpful. She was able to give very good information about the best place to get tours ect. We had a late flight on the day we checked out and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and enjoy another day in the city without having to take our bags with us. The wireless internet wouldn't work for us, the manager was told and they were to look into it but never got back to us. |
