I use may be since 7-8 years booking.com. My first negative review. Single word: Unpolite. I know the german way, but this was too much! Avoid this hostel.

Not the nicest area -- lots of strip clubs etc on the street. You will need ear plugs if you're a light sleeper as the room was noisey

Every staff member I met was extremely helpful and friendly.

The shared shower could use a rennovation.

Excellent location, only 5mins walk to the main station and the attractions. Helpful check-in lady, excellent breakfast with fresh fruits

Old furniture and seemingly haven't been cleaned for a long time old carpet, only one shower and toilet for my floor. WiFi only works in the corridor, and you have to be prepared that you need to wave your hand for every 5 mins to keep the lights on, or you better prefer wholely dark corridor. Reception closes at 8pm, better confirm first for late check in. More importantly, they accept cash only.

Very tidy room with private shower. Located in 5 minutes walk from the railway station. 2 metro stations from Marienplatz, main tourist attraction. Diverse breakfast menu. Great value for money.

There were issues with connecting to hotel' free WiFi, weren't able to use it. It is located near "Red lights street" with lots of table dance places around. It's better not to go out there when it is already dark.

This is basically a hostel close to the train station. Location is great but all else are bad. Not great value

Nothing. Only location is good.

Old rooms, upper lightning in our room was not functioning, old shower rooms. No value for money. No hot food for breakfast. I travel a lot, and can say that one can find a much better hotel. Not recommended.

The staffs are so rude. We are kind of shock to see these staffs here, if not because of the Oktoberfest festival happening during our holiday, we wouldn't have stayed here. These staffs here thought that we needed to stay there for the holiday, then they treated us like that? Or because normally they are so rude ?

Poor quality, seedy...run-down. Please stay at Conrad Hotel or City Hotel, both in the same area.

The breakfast spread was very nice.

carpeting in my room was nasty. The cleanliness of the place could be improved. Location is convenient to the Haupbanhoff, but the neighborhood is sleazy.

The picture of the room on the website is a double, dont be fooled by getting a single it is the size of a closet. This is a very run down motel in a bad part of town.

It was close enough to the wiesn and the train station, and our room was huge.

We had a room facing the street and it was very loud. Also, it's surrounded by strip clubs. It didn't seem dangerous, but it was a bit seedy. And shared bathroom was a pain, but I knew that going in.

This place basically had everything. Great breakfast (better than some 4-star places I've been to), super close to the Hauptbahnhof(5min walk), very close to the Oktoberfest area(the reason we went to munich, 10min walk), very close to a lot of sightseeing spots and the shopping streets. The hotel was clean and the rooms were big. The staff were friendly and fast, and helped us with anything we needed. At nights they had a guard that checked your name and hotelroom when you wanted to get in, which was a REALLY good thing and made me feel very safe about the hotel. High security. A lot of good eating places around the hotel, and we generally felt very safe at this hotel. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED! We will probably stay here next year too.

The walls were a bit thin, so if you need complete silence to sleep - this might not be the place for you.

The staff were constantly cleaning and did a great job on the shared w/c. It was warm and comfortable and you could come and go as you pleased.

The shower wasn't the best but it did the job. Building was quite old and damp smelling.

the lady at reception was rude and shouted at me . she was unhelpful. Tv was not working. Room was dirty. Avoid if possible.

The room was big enough for us, the room is inc Breakfast, the receptionist ( the lady i forgot her name) was friendly & helpfull.

The hotel is in 2nd floor, small & old hotel, some rooms being renovated so rather uncovienenced for us cause in front of our rooms many stuff, icl beds,woods, carpets were on the floor, just worried of some any bugs could come inside our rooms....the shared toilet only one per floor, the bathroom so small when we take a bath the water came out to the floor. The location many of bars, club....noisy....the breakfast is basic, there weren't 24 hours reception, so when we were like to checkout in the morning at 7, the reception's door was closed, so we're late to cathed our train to fussen, we're back at 7.40, they still prepare for the Breakfast
