ability to walk to the city center
Parking is a real challenge.
nice breakfast, fine shower
rooms were a bit noisy; we expressed our option for one double bed, but received 2 twin sized beds.small bathroom.
Central location. Friendly helpful reception staff. Good breakfast. Good clean bright comfortable accommodation at a good price.
Lack of lift could be a problem for people with mobility issues.
Everything. ..specially the breakfast
Missed having an elevator
The staff are top notch. Very good breakfast. Excellent for access to the City. Ostereicherstrasse underground station is about five minutes walk.
The room was a bit small once we had disgorged our suitcases. The loo was quite cramped. If you are size 2XL (Like me) you'll find it a tight fit! Access to the rooms is by steep stairs and there are 'fire doors' to contend with. Not easy with suitcases. Mind the step by the door to 1st floor! Parking is a 'nightmare'. Watch out for parking tickets although the cost of a parking ticket is cheaper than a 24 stay in the local official car park up the road.
Room that I was in was big for Europe at the price.
Towels were old.
Smiling staff and take my big luggage up stairs to my room.
- Walking distance to the center - free parking on opposite side of the road (if you are lucky there is an empty spot) - enough choice in breakfast - upgraded to a double room with out asking.
- wifi only functioned on the ground floor and not in my room on the second floor. Although the repeater was reset it didn't solve the problem.
Clean rooms Location Value for money Many nice restaurants walking distance
Wifi was not working on the first floor
Nice staffs but the wifi isn't work everywhere.
Nice room, friendly employees, very clean, perfect breakfast with authentic german ingredients, location was quite ok, around 15 min to the city center
You had to go through a less nice area to get in the city center, shower was quite small but acceptable.
Good rate, clean.
Parking was a bit of a problem, but manageable.
Near metro and not too far from trams. Room a good size. Good value for money.
Carrying heavy bags up and down two flights of stairs was hard work as no lift. A few things in the room needed attention: e.g. the bathroom door stuck at the halfway point and one of the drawers interfered with the opening of the closet above. Breakfast a bit minimalist.
there is no hotel like this, I recommend it at 100%
The hotel is close to the city center (walking distance to the main attractions). The room is clean, the furniture is good and the bathroom is new. Breakfasts are good: fresh and a good choice. The staff is attentive and nice. Wi-fi is free and quite reasonable.
The large double bed is comprised of two single beds: uncomfortable for a married couple.
Nice room, very helpful staff, great breakfast.
No lift so be prepared to carry your cases up several flights of stairs if on the upper floors!
the location , clean, well presented ,comfortable room, helpfull staff, enjoyable breakfast, close to stuttgart hbf (main railway station)
Good breakfast, free wi-fi with good signal, great location.
Poor sound insulation in the room. I could hear very clearly when someone was walking in the corridor or opening a door.
Lovely hotel in an excellent area for shopping and dining. It was a bit of a walk from the train station, but only 2 UBahn stops away. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable.
Everything about this place was brilliant as far as I was concerned. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable and seemed to be well soundproofed. All the staff were extraordinarily efficient and helpful, the buffet breakfast used all fresh ingredients It is very near the city centre, close to an underground station, easy to find and there are any number of very pleasant eating places and drinking holes within a few minutes walk. The more adventurous can detour slightly through one of the tamest red light districts that I have ever seen. My only word of caution is that are quite steep stairs and some rooms are on the third floor (possibly even higher but I had no wish to tempt fate finding out).
Great location in old part of Stuttgart, very helpful receptionist. Good breakfast and excellent value.
The staff was friendly
1/ NO lift 2/ NO refrigerator 3/ NO safe storage facility 4/ Very basic breakfast 5/ Old rooms 6/ Nothing decent to view from the windows
close to U-stop good value-for-money proposition
