it's a bit uncleanly
good wholesome breakfast friendly staff given a quiet room as requested nice, clean, comfortable room with everything I needed excellent location near S-bahn, tons of shops, restaurants etc. (including a supermarket and grocer next door), even taxi stand!
lights too bright at night / curtains too thin
Location, location, location! Large room.
Noisey room on the street, but when you closed the window, it got too warm in the room. Also, we arranged to leave our luggage, since we didn't fly out till late afternoon, when we returned to pick up our luggage, my friend asked if they had a toilet she could use, and the clerk told us it was only for their guest...what the heck!? We just spent €354 at your hotel & we can't use a toilet? Ridiculously unbelievable.
Made to feel welcome and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice.
For me breakfast starting at 8am is too late, I'd prefer that they started at 7.30am
Breakfast well organised Location close to railwaystation. Berlin Messe easy to reach Super neigbourhood Nice asian restaurants; top quality
We were in a building block behind the pension. Feels like studenthome. Do not arrive too late because nobody will be there. room was to warm.
Located close to good public transport, easy to hop on to anywhere in the city. Nice to have free drinks, be able to have a cup of tea anytime! Beds were comfortable. The woman the first day was very helpful recommending places for dinner. Good breakfast. If you want a simple and reasonably priced hotel this is a good bet; just be sure you don't go in July/August in a heatwave. Tip: request a room on the back side otherwise street noise is very loud.
Very hot in the room. Construction right outside the window. The staff did not tell us that due to construction the shower would not be available at all one morning(they hung a paper on the hotel door in German but did not alert us as non German speakers)
Our 4th time in this place. Everything we need is there. Great, discrete service is a real advantage. Quiet (although in the very centre of the city!), comfortable and clean - a perfect place to stay either you are in transit through Germany or plan an urban trips in Berlin. Nice breakfast completes it all. Full recommendation!
A little change, improvement to breakfast would be great! :)
Location, room was clean and comfortable, cofey and tee were available all day
Our room was fasing the street and since there is no air-conditioner we had to keep open. It was very noisy, we couldn't sleep.
Location, friendliness of staff, good breakfast and comfortable bed.
bathroom small, but adequate for me. Television inconveniately located in room.m
Excellent hotel in a very nice and quiet area of Berlin ...very near to a U bahn station ...very handy for travel around the city....Very clean hotel and nice and quiet at night as well . Some nice bars in the area as well ..Recommended.
Nice small and comfortable hotel on excellent location near Kurfurstendam.
Great value for money. Helpful staff, good breakfast, pleasant, clean room, amazing location. Not sure what else one might want!
Good cleanliness, near to S-Bahn, the breakfast was nice.
Staff - they are speaking only germany and russian. It seems to be very difficult for the blonde receptionist ..to smile ..
Location was very good. The hotel is small and really simple but very nice. Good choice if you just need a place to stay for the nights and will spend your days explorong the city.
It wasn't a problem for us, but if you had smaller children and baby pushchairs/strollers then it wouldn't be most comfortable choice (hallways are narrow and you have to open doors using both of your hands). Its completely fine for children that are old enough to walk around themdelves though :)
located in the centre of the west Berlin, near the shopping placaes, breakfasts are quite OK
not much spare place, working hours are not 24-7-365
Location only 2 mins from s bahn. Room looking out on courtyard so quiet we overslept both mornings!
Bathroom might be a bit small for a larger person
