This guesthouse boasts a prime location, in Braunlage’s skiing area. It marks the beginning of several hiking trails through the National Park. Our newly furnished rooms with balcony are equipped with shower, WC, TV and kitchenette (including coffee machine, kettle, western-style crockery and fridge). Our new breakfast room awaits you each morning with fresh bread rolls, delicious cheeses and sausages, jams and fragrant coffee. Das hotel war richtig toll für uns,wir beide haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,tolle lage,tolles frühstück und ein sehr sauberes zimmer.das personal war super nett. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Lage der Pension und das Preis-Leistungs Verhältniß war spitze. Im Bad, speziell in den Ecken befanden sich Spinnengewebe. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. De bedden comfortabel en de kamers netjes en ruim. Het balkon was een prettige bijkomstigheid. Er was geen drie persoonskamer aanwezig waarna de eigenaar een mooie oplossing bood door een tweede kamer erbij beschikbaar te stellen. Dat er bij aankomst niemand aanwezig of bereikbaar was. Na tussenkomst van booking.com is een en ander na 1,5 uur wachten voor ons opgelost.

Kleinschalig en knus. Schoon en netjes. Prima kamer met groot balkon. Goed ontbijt. De buitenkant ziet er niet daverend uitnodigend uit... Des te verrassender en gastvrij is de binnenkant... En daar gaat het tenslotte om!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und familiär empfangen. Das Zimmer war sauber und einladend und das Frühstück lecker und ausreichend. Den Ortskern hat man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Diese Pension können wir guten Gewissens empfehlen. Nur der Fernseher (so man den fernsehen will) könnte etwas größer sein.

Sehr schöne Pension mit super Frühstück.Top Lage.PKW Parkplatz auch gut.Überall sehr nette Leute. Im Kleiderschrank vielleicht ein paar mehr Einlegeböden. Am Wochenende Wurmbergseilbahn völlig überfüllt.Geht gar nicht.

Evtl. hab ich's auch überlesen, aber nicht ganz so optimal ist die tatsache, dass bei kartenzahlung erst durch den ganzen ort zu einem anderen hotel gefahren werden muss, um dann dort die bezahlung vornehmen zu können.

Die Lage: Zugang zu Loipen direkt vom Haus aus. Ausstattung mit Küchenzeile. Mit renoviertem Bad wurde geworben: Fehlanzeige!! ungeputzte, verschmutzte Toilette, Silberfischchen in der Duschwanne und auf dem Boden, Spinnweben und verschimmelte Fugen in der Dusche. Glühbirnen fehlten oder funktionierten nicht. Nach 6 Tagen wurde mal der Müll entsorgt, frische Handtücher gab es gar nicht. An einem Tag war kein Frühstück für mich gedeckt, die Kommunikation innerhalb des Hauses funktionierte wohl nicht. Der Zustand des Bades (Fotos sind vorhanden!) und dann auch noch die Lüge, die Bäder der andern drei Appartments seien bereits erneuert, nur meines (App. 1) nicht, verschlugen mir schlicht und einfach die Sprache!

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral. Es ist alles in 5 Min erreichbar (Wurmberg, Eisstadion, Restaurants, Skiwiese nur über die Strasse). Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Miniküche sehr praktisch. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Für 2 Erw.,1 Jugendl. im Winterurlaub ist die Unterbringung der Sachen in einem Schrank mit einem Ablagefach sehr knapp. Ein wenig mehr Stauraum wäre schön. Für das Frühstück würde ich mir ein bischen frisches Obst und Gemüse dazu wünschen.
