The level of hospitality and flexibility was very good. A very relaxed atmosphere and a very charming location in Harz as such. The apartment was quite spacious and the pool is great for the kids. If you expect stream-lined luxury, this is not the right place to chose. However price/quality is adequate. The style is 1970'th which is quite charming but also a bit worn-down.

Nothing really Awful experience; not a business hotel. The staff did not speak other thab german, the room was smelly and not clean and even the bed dressing did not smell fresh. I wonder how Booking. Com can accept sucha poor std accomodations. In the end the check out was also problematic as neither the Crecit card nor the debit card would be accepted, just cash!

Die Gastgeberin! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt auf jeden Fall. Für eine ruhige Woche zum Abhängen perfekt. Die Ausstattung war schon etwas veraltet. Fitnessgeräte aus dem älteren Jahrgang.

Leider hat uns nichts gefallen. Die Einrichtung in dem Zimmer war desolat und das Haus war nicht ausreichend beheizt. Handtücher hatten die Quallität eines Scheuerlappen. Unter einem Hotel der Kategorie mit 3 Sternen stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor.

Modtagelsen og gæstfriheden generelt fra "Die Frau Chefin" er helt i top. Hun byder velkommen, viser rundt på hotellet/pensionen og anviser så værelset. Med de mange negative beskrivelser her i baghovedet, blev vi positivt overrasket. Overalt var der rent, pænt og roligt. Man får mere end en pension og mindre end et hotel - og med det som forventning er der fuld valuta for pengene. Morgenmaden er OK, men er det sted hvor hun nemt kunne score lidt flere point. Vi havde bestilt et værelse til fire personer og det var hvad vi fik og betalte for. Byen er rigtig hyggelig og vi kommer her gerne igen.

Die persönliche Betreuung war sehr gut, sehr höflichlich. Das Zimmer uns die anderen Räume waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. GUtes Frühstücksbuffet und für diesen Preis alles absolut in Ornung. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, etwas zum Spazierengehen, Walking, Jogging, usw. Ich habe nicht auszusetzten gehabt!
