Breakfast & location & mountain views Certain staff (Anton Oberhaulser) were rude & unhelpful. Called at 8pm to request firmer pillows and was told it is too late to call, all staff are unavailable! Then when paid I asked for translation of German bill & the same member of staff rudely asked me 'why can't I speak German like everyone else in town'. He didnt appear to like me merely because I'm English! Enjoyed stay otherwise but his unnecessary arrogant attitude ruined my experience.

The owners take really good care of hotel's garden - the overall ambience is very nice. Breakfast was simple but very good. A very cosy, quiet place with magnificent view to mountains from room window. All in all - nice. Parking a bit tricky.

Friendly place with an Austrian feel to it. Breakfast is included. Great location with views. Short walking distance to "car free" center of town promenade. Parking was a little awkward but eay to get to your car just steps from the rear entrance.

La atenccion del personal es excelente,tratan de complacerte y atenderte en lo que requieres y son muy amables lo basico para estar en un hotel el desayuno es bueno muy sencillo pero bueno es limpio y tranquilo y super economico Las habitaciones un poco peueñas pero por el precio eata bien

уютный гостеприимный отель со своей историей и добрыми традициями. приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. особенно благодарны мистеру Oberarzbacher за теплый прием и полезные рекомендации. в отеле в любоее время суток под расписку можно взять разнообразные напитки (сок, пиво) очень недорого . в номере люкс есть небольшой хорошо оснащенный кухонный уголок. жаль, что чудесный парк при гостинице "урезали" в угоду парковки которой и так было предостаточно.

מיקום מעולה ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד מיקום החדר היה גרוע,אמנם הזמנו חדר Economy אבל לא היה רשום שהחדר נמצא במרחק של מטר מפחי הזבל כמו כן לא היה רשום שבחדרים מהדרגה הנ״ל יש עכבישים על התיקרה. המגבות באיכות שהרבה שנים לא ראינו בבתי מלון איכות כל כך ירודה,פשוט אי אפשר היה להתנגב היות שלא היה נעים לשהות בסוג כזה של חדרים החלטנו לעזוב.

La posizione è sicuramente ottima la camera molto confortevole e sopratutto la quiete che c'è è veramente super per rilassarsi è ottimo Le due cose non proprio di mio gradimento 1 la tv in camera, non si vedono programmi in italiano anche se hanno il satellitare,con il telecomando che blocca le funzioni di ricerca 2 alla reception non parlano neanche una parola di italiano comunque tutto sommato il soggiorno si può considerare più che buono

Stil, Lage, Freundlichkeit Frühstück ohne Eier in jeglicher Form oder Warmanteilen, lange Haare auf dem Badboden die nicht von mir waren und nach 3 tagen immer noch da lagen- ich habe kurze Haare.

Für ein Wochenende ok Von außen sieht das Hotel richtig schick aus. Das Hotel ist dringend renvierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer, vor allem das Bad sind sehr, sehr alt.
