I liked the friendly welcome and the spacious, high ceilinged atmosphere of an old house, very well renovated and provided with excellent bathroom and kitchen. Lovely location for peope who like to stroll around, enjoy the cafés everywhere and the concerts on the raw terrains.

Friendly staff - a girl met us to show the place around (it's best to call and tell the exact time of arrival). It's a freshly renovated place - the room was very comfortable, nice design, all furniture from IKEA, full kitchenware, bedding, towels, even some basic stuff in bathrooms. Also, no extra payments (for bedding or etc.). Thin walls, but it doesn't disturb sleeping.

Огромная комната, кухня в полной комплекции, две ванных на три комнаты. Толстые стены, тихая улица(а параллельно ей улица с множеством баров-кафе-ресторанов). метро/s-bahn в нескольких минутах ходьбы. За свою цену - прекрасный вариант.

Świetna lokalizacja - okolica pełna knajp, blisko do stacji s-bahn. Ładny, duży, czysty pokój. Dwie łazienki, co znacznie ułatwia życie w przypadku większej ilości gości. Mimo umawiania się na konkretną godzinę trzeba było trochę poczekać na klucze

Positivt overrasket over faciliteterne! Badeværelserne var store og køkkenet ligeså, og med alt hvad der skal være. Ligger i den stille ende af en gade der ellers er tæt på et livligt kvarter. Nemt at gå til stationen Warschauer Strasse som ligger meget tæt på. Har intet negativt at sige om dette sted...

La ubicación a 5 min a pie del metro pero en una calle muy tranquila. La pensión estava muy limpia, con habitaciones bastante amplias y con cocina a tu disposición. En general todo muy bien, relación calidad precio excelente si lo que quieres es visitar la ciudad.

Jednoduché ubytování za dobrou cenu. Možnost parkování zdarma v přilehlých ulicích. Množství restaurací a podniků v okolí. Velká kuchyňka a koupelny na 4 pokoje - dobrý poměr. Po setmění se cesta od nádraží zaplnila dost pofidérními postavami. Nutnost domluvit se s majitelkou na předání klíčů (nezdržuje se v penzionu). I přes včasné oznámení času příjezdu a ještě jedno telefonické ujištění, že plánovaná hodina je naprosto ok, jsme na ni stejně čekali skoro půl hodiny před vchodem.

La chambre pour 2 est superbe, tout était propre, parking gratuit, proche du S-Bahn et U-Bahn. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Certains aspects du quartier (vendeurs de cachets, saleté) Trouver la vignette verte nous a été difficile (au final il suffit de s'arrêter chez un réparateur auto.Nous avons été chez ATO, équivalent de Norauto. après être entré dans la Umwelt Zone sans rien puis ressorti

Ruime, nieuw ingerichte moderne kamer, ruime( gedeelde) badkamer met prima douche E.D., ruime, goed ingerichte ( gedeelde) keuken. Alles op de begane grond, dicht bij de buitendeur. Slechts 2 km van Ostbahnhof. De buitendeur van de Mietkazerne met shabby graffiti oogt niet uitnodigend. Des te verrassender is het goed opgeknapte interieur.
