Fast check in and friendly staff, my room was ready directly and its a big room with 4 beds , nice place, near europa park (5 min walk, free parking,

No fridge in the room and there is no tea or coffee maker, the amount of shampoo and soap in the room is not enough for 4 people and there is no telephone to call room service.

The hotel is near from Europa Park.

Quality x Price: very expensive!; No restaurant, staff people did not say something about the region or about the new year's day (the restaurants in Rust were closed or only 3 were opened but we need reservation), during the breakfast it was very difficult to want something more (like a "kiwi", for example), there was no reposition of soap, shampoo, etc.

The location, near the park and the sorroundings, nice and complete of shops. The breakfast was good too. El lugar muy proximo al EuropaPark, el desayuno es muy completo y variado

Our room has no A/C or fan, was a very warm night, the moquito had a complete dinner with us. No tiene aire acondicionado, la habitacion no tenia mosquiteros y nos picaron los mosquitos.

The hotel is kind of the rust homes , nice room for my family our room number 1 is down floor . the hotel not far from europa park just 0.5 km- im zieglweg near from small supermarket and have a small garden with good parking space the important thing is the family owner this hotel and the workers there very helpful and friendly - i recommended for the visitor

location next to Europa Park is great

room is very simple no character as room for 4 we travel with teenagers the extra beds ar uncomfortable to sleep on.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was lavish and the coffee machine was superb. The best ever coffee I drank in Germany. The location is about a 7 minutes walk from the main entrance of the Europa Park. At night is it very calm and there is no traffic noise at all. I can recommend this Hotel Garni with a a familiar touch to everybody. It isnvery good value for the money spent.

I liked to staff. They were so generous, kind, smiling and available. The laundry service was excellent. The staff took personal care of our laundry. The location was excellent. I would not hesitate to come back again to the same hotel.

I wish the staff could speak more English and the room (which was offered for 5 adults and one child) was a little larger.

It's a family hotel, really friendly and cute, situated in the end of small calm streat. The breakfast is full. Just 5 minits from Evropa- park. The room was enough spacious for 3 persons.

Нам неповезло с погодой, было +10 и дожди,а номер на 5 человек находиться в цокольном этаже, в связи с этим в номере было сыровато

Das Hotel befindet sich gerade mal 5 Gehminuten vom Europapark entfernt. Somit ideal, wenn man sein Auto am Hotel stehen lassen möchte. Der Kartenverkauf für den Park ist auch im Hotel möglich! Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten werden am Hotel ausreichend angeboten.

Ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto!!! Personale ottimo gentilissimi! Camere silenziose e spaziose, colazione a buffet stile tedesco ottimo e abbondante. Ottimi anche gli addobbi natalizi e la finezza in tutto. Hotel da consigliare vivamente. Grazie di tutto e speriamo di tornare presto.

Bugüne kaldığım en pahalı otel olmasına karşın bir pansiyondan farksızdı. Ne minibar ne de yerde halı var. Kuru temizleme için resepsiyona sorduğumda çok zor durumdaysanız yarın eşimle görüşürseniz eve götürüp yıkayabilir yanıtını aldım, sanırım beklentinizi oldukça aşağı seviyede tutmanız için bu açıklama yeterlidir.
