Comfort Location Breakfast Staff
Big room, clean, free tea and coffee, excellent breakfast, nice staff. All the things are excellent. Will come back again when I visit to Berlin next time. :-)
It is cheap hotel, somewhat close to S-bahn (12 min walk) and close to bus-stops. Lift is archaic, but I kind of liked it.
Toilets and bath are shared! Small room that wasn't very clean Staff don't speak good English. Breakfast was just ok.
Very good location, friendly stuff, clean and comfortable, quiet, definietelly wotrth it's price.
Location is great, staff friendly and speaks Russian, great full breakfast. Clean. Each person got bathrobe.
One bathroom per three rooms, doors and walls not soundproof.
1. Location (close to Charlottenburg palace and nice area to stroll in). 2. Good breakfast included in price. Plenty of restaurants nearby. 3. Cheap parking (5 EUR/day).
1. Extremely tiny room with adjacent bathroom (no real segregating wall). 2. Lack of A/C or ventilation makes breathing and sleeping tough in hot summer days. 3. The elevator (established in 1907) maybe looks classy but it's quite impractical (tiny, slowly moving & appears unstable). 4. Personnel doesn't speak English, however, they spoke quite good Polish what worked for me. 5. Unstable internet access.
Comfortable Location Breakfast Clean
Too warm. Need a fan or two.
clean rooms, nice district, not so far to the city centre, good breakfast, easy to find parking place (a lot of streets)
Little rooms (only bed and small bathroom)
Good breakfast :)
tasty breakfasts spacious room clean bathroom
loud water pump in the bathroom mercenary staff
My room was really clean with nice bathroom, i like decoration. Also i like breakfast. staff were helpful, if you can explain your problem.
My bed was uncomfortable. wireless signal was really weak, i have to go to lobby if i want to use it. Unfortunately staff don't know english, hard to communicate.
Breakfast is quite simple. Location is perfect. Not all the staff speak English
Free and fast wifi in the room. Breakfast included in the price. Great ratio quality/price. Spacious room. Everything was really nice, I can fully recommend.
Bit difficult to find parking spot on Friday evening, but we did find one in the end :)
Convenient location in quiet neighborhood; tea and coffee available all day at no cost; large rooms
Everything is perfect ! Staffs r very nice, breakfast is very good! Room is very big n nice. Good location. Helpful staff Very nice elevator
Wifi never connected
Hotel was in a beautiful building; the room was comfortable, breakfast very good; Only few mins walk from savigny platz s-bahn stop and a minute walk to kudam and yet it was a quite place.
nice clean rooms, breakfast is not extraordinary but good, parking okay
location, free coffee and tee, big bed
Poor wifi. Breakfast after 8am. Single room without window! (window only in bathroom and there was glass-wall between bathroom and room) Old furniture and no wardrobe only hangers. They refused to change the room so after three days I had to change the hotel.
Great location for the S-bahn. Nice and clean. Very comfy beds. Excellent selection of breakfast foods. Blonde lady speaks good English and a little Polish.
great place to stay in Berlin, great location, easy access from airport, staff friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast, very clean rooms, quiet. Will come back to Ingeborg.
Clean room. Good shower. Excellent location. Reasonably quiet (my room was anyway). Very nice, meticulously presented breakfast in the morning with good variety and quantity. Blond lady is friendly, smiles, and clearly keeps this operation running as she seems to work so hard! Overall, great value for money.
Hmm, first time I thought a hotel's rating might have been rigged. As the hotel's rating was 8.3, I was unprepared to be greeted (grunted at?) by a guy that speaks no English, doesn't smile, is unshaven, and wears a dirty white t-shirt. I was taken aback (as were some fellow guests judging from their faces). It was noon - not early morning. That said, if nothing else he was efficient. Mattresses were too soft for me (this is a matter of preference of course) and sank in the middle. Wi-Fi difficult to connect in evening during peak use?
maintenance of old building, breakfast, staff
price is good. The staff is friendly. the location is ok about 5 minutes walk distance to the train station. The breakfast is good.
it needs a key to unlock the elevator. the first time you may need to climb to 4th floor to get the hotel.
- Nice bed & breakfast. Friendly staff. - Very high ceilings in the old style house. Giving spacious feeling. - Breakfast buffet okay. - Near to city center.
- Difficult to communicate with the staff, as they mostly understand only Russian & some german. No English. - Basic stuff provided, but no flexibility for any request; they wouldn't put a couple of things I needed to keep cold in the fridge for me. - Shower really small. I could hardly turn around in it. Had trouble soaping my body. - No kettles in the room to make hot water for tea yourself. And the dining room closes really early. - U-Bahn station a bit of a walk away. - Parking difficult. You can get parking vignette from the pension for 5 euro/day; but fininf space near hotel tricky as spaces are usually full.
Located in a gorgeous old apartment building in a quiet area but with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants around. There is a U bahn station nearby. The hustle bustle of Mitte is accessible but not in your face. Good parking space for bicycle. Breakfast fine. Great value.
Nothing really. Staff not very communicative but efficient so that was fine.
