The breakfast was very good. The room I got was larger than an average room one expects. The hotel was a bit more central than I initially thought. The payment in advance was a bit strange for me, if it is a standard thing I am aware of it. I booked a double (not twin) bed room and I got a twin bed room. When I claimed what I booked, the receptionist told me that the hotel hasn't got any double bed rooms. Then she gave me a room with a double bed which had two single matresses. |

Excellent location, very quiet, although not in the central, close to the metro, and in a very nice clean area. There is also a cocktail bar right across the street which was a great solution for going out when my feet gave up on me from walking all day. Hotel staff were not helpful. When asked about costs of a taxi, the answer was 'how should I know, I'm not a taxi driver' . She recommended us a club which in the end we found out was very dangerous for just two girls to go. We asked another personnel approximately the distance to the concentration camp was from where we were and her response was, 'ask at the metro'. |

The hotel is very well-located. The room was very agreeable with its high ceilings and nice design. We were also very pleased with the variety of food during our breakfast. |

Location is good, right next to Adenauerplatz and Kudamm. Breakfast was ok. The room was cold. It said heating in facilities part of the hotel description but it seems that they didn't bother to use it. There was no hot water in the shower and the shower was a closet, not a bathroom. Not that I cared but the tv was like 10 inches and none of the channels worked. |

Having read the reviews about the hotel before booking, it was very much as expected. Very Oldy worldy german. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly, the room was clean and tidy and very comfortable, The shower was strong and hot, excellent after a hard days sightseeing. Slightly worried when we first onpened the door downstairs as the building looked very run down but once up on the third floor at the pension we were pleasantly surprised. |

An authentic 1930's experience; straight out of Cabaret. If you want a unique experience and don't require American-style comforts, this is a great choice. You will know you have been in Berlin. I could complain about a score of things, but it was just what I wanted. |

Convenience - only ten minutes' walk from the U-bahn and quick transfer into central Berlin. Staff were welcoming. Noise - room not well insulated for sound - plumbing moise from next door when people got up early. |

Reasonable price, perfect location, nice staff, services and facilities are pretty poor, but the price was very really valid If you'd better save the money - I recommend this hotel, if you need comfort, you'd better stay somewhere else |

Good location, easy to get the bus. After a hectic visit of the city in the day you can expect a good sleep. Breakfast is good. Try to enter the hotel before 10 PM at night, otherwise you will find the reception closed and have to face the problem with the room key. |
