All the wellness facilities (pool, whirlpool, sauna) are well maintained and included in price, excellent breakfast, very friendly management/staff, very quiet and picturesque location, nice and relaxed atmosphere |

Bra läge mitt på Rügen. Inomhuspool med trevlig miljö. Mycket bra och riklig frukost. Mottagningen. Man hävdade att man inte hade de tre bokade rummen. Långsam middagsservering och då desserten skulle beställas meddelade man först då att köket var stängt! |

Wir waren ja nur eine Nacht, aber was wir gesehen haben, das war mehr als in Ordnung. Hervorzuheben wäre das Frühstücksbuffet in dieser Preisklasse - bitte so weitermachen. Danke |

lage des hotels, freundliche mitarbeiter, tolle infrarotkabine, frühstücksraum angenehm gestaltet handtücher hätte ich schon als putzlappen verarbeitet, zimmer wurde 1 tag nicht gesäubert und dadurch kein handtuchwechsel, schranktür defekt und möbel teilweise fleckig, wasser im schwimmbad sehr kalt, morgendlicher parkplatzlärm durch lieferservice, deshalb wäre zimmerlage angabe wichtig!!! |

Unfreundlichkeit, Unaufmerksamkeit und Inkompetenz der Hotelmitarbeiter, eher Aushilfskräfte; tote Fliegen, Unsauberkeit sowie verschmutze Wände Fenster in den Frühstücksräumen; Frühstücksbuffet ist unhygienisch aufgrund von vielen Fliegen; verschmutztes Geschirr bspw. Känchen; Dreck und unangenehmer Geruch am Empfang durch die Hausvögel; starker übelriechender Geruch vom Pool; |

das zimmer war sehr schön. wir hatten eine tolle sicht. das frühstücksbüfett war super.der shuttelservice von und zu störtebeker ist super. und hat toll funktioniert. restaurant hatte nach der störtebeker veranstaltung nicht mehr geöffnet, beim Frühstück waren die tische nicht abgeräumt obwohl kein gast mehr an diesem tisch saß. komunikation zwischen Rezeption und Handwerker hat nicht funktioniert. |
