It is really comfortable hotel. Though, the hotel staff cannot speak English well but he is really nice. The room was quite big and clean. It is also very close to the tram. It's just my personal dislike of the smell of smoke. |

We liked the location and the kitchen in our room the smoke detectors were missing from our room and hallways outside the room, just wires sticking out of the ceiling. There was a charge for breakfast which we were not told about until after our stay... 50 Euros for 2 people and 3 breakfasts... not worth the price |

location perfetta non lontano da Alex Platz basic ma pulito con staff molto gentile si trova in una zona molto tranquilla. la colazione meglio farla nella pasticceria fuori la strada meno cara dell'hotel con prodotti tipici. |

Gentilezza I riscaldamenti non funzionanti...con la neve, non è bello!Anche se dovrebbe essere stato solo un guasto temporaneo...in ogni caso mi hanno cambiato la camera. |

1. A localização. Apesar de não ser na área central da cidade, o acesso é excelente(10 minutos da Alexander Platz). Do aeroporto chega-se facilmente ao hotel, via ônibus e tram. Facilidades(restaurantes,internet,supermercado próximos). 2. As funcionárias da recepção, extremamente gentis e solícitas, fornecendo- me as informações que facilitaram a minha estadia em Berlim O Hotel é simples, mas agradável. Dentro do aspecto custo benefício, fiquei satisfeito. |

Prima sanitair, prima bereikbaarheid Dit hotel verdient niet echt de naam "hotel". Het is meer een slaapkamer met een badkamer zonder aanvullende faciliteiten. De receptie beslaat 2 vierkante meter en bevindt zich in een ander pand dan het "hotel" zelf. Voor een hotel vriendelijk geprijsd, maar meer een pension in werkelijkheid en dan voor Berlijnse begrippen op zo'n afstand van het centrum zelfs aan de prijzige kant. |

Das Hotel liegt zwar außerhalb des inneren S-Bahnrings, ist aber dennoch gut mit der Straßenbahn M4 vom Alexanderplatz in 10 Minuten ohne Umsteigen erreichbar. Die Straßenbahnen fahren auch in der Woche die ganze Nacht im 30 Minuten-Takt, also länger als die U-Bahnen, die den Betrieb innerhalb der Woche gegen eins einstellen. Die Badezimmer sind zwar noch nicht alt, aber sehr einfach eingerichtet. |

La habitación era amplia y cálida. Se esforzaban en mantenerlo limpio. La zona y el hotel eran muy tranquilos. En 10 min estabas en Alexanderplatz usando el tranvía. No tiene ascensor. Es viejo, aunque está reformado, y esto también incluye el cuarto de baño. |

Goede ligging, prima verbinding naar elk ander openbaar vervoer. Indien het hotel is volgeboekt, is er een tekort aan warm water. Dus een frisse douche. Prijs van het ontbijt vond ik tamelijk hoog. |

Preis. Parkplatz. Nähe zur Straßenbahn und damit gute Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Ruhe, obwohl man nur 5 Minuten von der Straßenbahn entfernt ist. Die Behauptung auf der Internetseite, dass die Zimmer gemütlich sind und für ein romantisches Wochende taugen. Sie sind zweckmäßig, einfach, preiswert und sauber. |
