Pension Mirabell  

From the moment that we arrived we were welcomed at the Pension. The family that runs it really likes what they do and they take pleasure in making sure that their guests are as comfortable as possible. To quote our kids "It was like staying at our Aunt's house". I had made a mistake with my reservation, but the family made accommodations for our kids while we were out to dinner. They treated our kids so well that they did not want to leave, the gummy bears on their pillows might have been the cause! The rooms were very clean and everything that we needed was in the room. The best part of our stay was that we had forgotten something in our room on the day of check out. The family knew that we were going hiking and called ahead to where we were going to leave a message at the kiosk. Not only did they do that they called another couple who was staying at the Pension and told them to tell us to come back to the hotel if they ran into us. Finally when we got back to our car they had left a note on our car! The location was great, close to the ski slopes, and within walking distance to many restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Found the place to be charming and friendly.

Location was perfect with marvelous view. Everything you need is just around. Family running hotel are so kind & friendly. Food was good and could be better room was big enough for 5 of us.

Bathroom was small & no left but we could manage. The 3rd bed was not cleanly prepared with linen so we didnt use.

Wonderful hosts, excellent breakfast, very comfortable accomodations with a beautiful view of the mountains, easy access to hiking trails, public transport and tourist sites in the old town. All around good value, would have liked to have been able to stay longer.

A bit of traffic noise at night when windows were open but fine on cooler nights with windows closed.

This is a small establishment with the owners living on site like a b&B. They were very friendly and helpful. Their English is limited but this wasn't an issue. The room was clean and comfortable and a good size as it had a lounge area and small dining table. Breakfast was downstairs in a seperate room. The hotel is half way between the two town centres. Our hosts recommended going into Partenkirchen for dinner as it had the older buildings and was more historic (Garmisch being the more modern end of town) which we appreciated. Both town centres are within walking distance.

The owners were very helpful and provided maps etc when we arrived. Spacious apartment. Good location.

No air con meant it was a bit stuffy in the rooms at night even with the window open - it was very warm when we stayed.

The staff was awesome. Super friendly and helpful. My kids nick-named the proprietress their "Bavarian Mother." The room was also very nice, we had 4 but the room could have comfortably slept 5. Breakfast was great. Good dining options within walking distance, and the WankBahn is also within walking distance. A parking spot was also made available, which was very nice to have. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Bathroom was a little snug for 4 - was fine for us, but if you have multiple teenage daughters, could be a logistics problem.

Mi e' piaciuto tutto, I proprietari sono simpaticissimi, il posto e' carino, l'ambiente e' familiare, lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren; schoon appartement; gratis parkeren op eigen terrein;

Garmisch is geen kleinschalig dorp; er is vrij veel verkeer.

Очень плохой интернет. По английский персонал практически не говорит.

excellent accueil mais personne ne parlant anglais ou français trés bonne situation géographique dans la ville :on pouvait aller manger et sortir le soir à pied et pourtant le quartier était trés calme

places de parking limitées:3 habitation traditionnelle à ossature bois :les planchers étaient trés bruyants

Nothing.

The Pension is very old, it's not renovated. Every step makes a lot of noice, the floor was creaking all the time. The lamps on walls are monted very unstable, can fail at any time. The breakfast is a pain, they have just limited amount of people so you can just choose from diffrent kind of old corn flaks or one kind of cheese or ham. The price of the accomodation is not relevant unless you are willing to pay an extra 50EUR for a housekeeper's smile.

Сам Гармиш очень понравился. Отель расположен в 30 мин. хотьбы от хаузберга (горнолыжного курорта), если бы кто подсказал, я бы нашла отель поближе.

Перед номером пахло неприятно. До хорошего ресторана минимум 20 мин. пешком. И вообще берите отель поближе к вокзалу - это центр.

早餐非常好，主人也非常友善，我們剛到Garsmich雖然沒有馬上入住，但是check-in的時候主人馬上提供市區地圖給我們，並介紹附近的觀光區和餐廳！我是和媽媽一起在歐洲旅遊的，去過的四- 家住宿，這裡是最好的。強烈推薦！

Mom and pop place. The owner was a littlr overbearing.
