Nur wenige Schritte zu Haltestellen von Bus und Bahn nach Stuttgart, Messe, Esslingen. Liegt in ruhigem Wohngebiet. Sehr nette Gastfamilie. Kein Frühstück.

è molto comodo per chi deve raggiungere Stoccarda,avendo la metro a due passi dalla pensione non è sicuramente un hotel a 5 stelle ma se uno si accontenta può andare bene

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht akzeptabel. Das "Privathaus" ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Sichtbarer Schimmel im Treppenhaus und Badezimmer (Gemeinschaftsbad).

Nur die Lage, direkt an der U-Bahn und der Technischen Akademie. Zimmer ist in Privathaus des Vermieters, der unten wohnt. Zimmer waren wohl mal die Kinderzimmer. Einrichtung stammt wohl aus den 70er Jahren und ist billigst. Bad auch entsprechend. Nicht schön. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Lage, da das Hotel in der Nähe des Seminars lag. Jedoch war dies der einzige Grund. Horrortrip! -Unerträglicher Gestank im Zimmer -Kälte – keine Heizung - Kein warmes Wasser -Nicht gereinigte Toilette (auch hier wieder unerträglicher Gestank, der mit jeder Spülung zunahm) -Rost im Bad - Unerklärliche Flecken auf dem Teppich -Haare auf dem Teppich -Insekten während der Nacht -Schmutzige Matratze -Unhöfliches, aggressives Personal -Allgemein sehr schmutzig Personald drohte mir, meine ID-Karte nicht zurückzugeben! Nie mehr!

- die Wahl war ein Notbehelf, da während der Messe ansonsten in gemäßigter Preisklasse in weitem Umkreis kein Zimmer mehr verfügbar - gemeinschafts Toilette/Bad, - Hygiene insbesondere der Sanitäreinrichtungen - Sauberkeit und Aufmachung der "Pension" - keine Pension sondern freie Räume im Privathaus
