An excellent small pension. Though not 5 star, the facilities were all you could want, and the price very reasonable. The owner was very helpful with local information. As I was arriving at an awkward time, she arranged for the key to be at a nearby shop. |

Hotel with an excellent location and friendly staff. Breakfast was also ok. Good hotel for people who don't need comfort but who prefer a good location. Would stay here again. |

The Pension zur Goldenen Sonne is the kind of places with a soul and an authentic spirit. It is definitely not the kind of standardized, impersonal and cold hotels you would find in any city of the world. The place is ideally located in a preserved street of the historical center and allows an easy discovery. |

Although the outside of the building looks a bit run-down, my room was lovely; clean, light and airy. The proprietor, Heidi was very welcoming and helpful in many different ways. |

Das Hotel ist äußerst individuell und flexibel. Die Besitzerin geht auf die Wünsche ihrer Gäste ein. Wie verbrachten eine unvergessliche Goldene Hochzeit in Passau! Der Service war einfach nicht zu übertreffen. |

Die Pension hat eine zentrale Lage in Passau und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. |

Het enige positieve was dat we konden upgraden van een twee persoon's smal slecht bed naar een piepend en krakend bed met twee matrassen voor 10 euro We belden dat we later kwamen omdat we auto pech hadden (3 uur in garage) en werden uitgefoeterd door de eigenaresse want ze had de kamer aan een ander kunnen verhuren. Met heel veel moeite konden we toch terecht. Sleutel bij buren voor 10 euro! |

L'hôtesse est charmante et très serviable; les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. La pension est située en plein centre ville, du coup, tous les déplacements peuvent se faire à pied, ce qui est un gros avantage dans une ville essentiellement piétonnière. |
