Hotel Pension am Ledermuseum  

Our stay at the Pension am ledermuseum was exactly what we expected and what we were looking for. It is not a luxury 5 star hotel and they do not claim to be. It is simply a very clean, friendly and enjoyable place to get a good nights rest. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large enough to give you some space to exercise (if you need to). The parking is behind the hotel and there is a modest charge for parking and I thought that was fair. Now some folks ask why?? Is the breakfast not included. I think it is a reasonable to charge for the breakfast only if you want it. This keeps the price of the room down for those that do not want to eat at the hotel. There are several places to eat a short walk from the hotel and some really good stores to shop at. Also, even if it is not something you planned to do, take the time to visit the Ledermuseum. It is very interesting and very well organized. There are 34 museums in the Frankfurt area. You can see as many as you want in 2 days for only 15.00 euros per person. Which is a good deal since most cost 6.00 euros for an adult. The ledermuseum is directly next to the hotel. Now to be fair to those that may have a handicap, there is no elevator. All the rooms are one flight up or more. I use a cane and I made it ok without much trouble. It is also a short walk to the train station if you want to avoid parking in downtown Frankfurt. My wife and I both highly recommend this hotel.

Actually, there is nothing I can say that we did not like about the hotel pension as far as what the service they offer or the rooms. Remember, if you want free WiFi and breakfast included and elevators and valet parking then you can always spend more and go to the 4 or 5 star hotels. But when you are on a budget and do not want to pay for things you do not really need to have a good nights rest then this is the place to stay.

Price and value for money is excellent. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms are big, clean and very functional. The hotel is within a easy 5 minute walk from the train station.

Only negative would be that there are just stairs, no elevators or stroller/wheelchairaccess, if you are ok with that (as we) go for it

I like this hotel because it is close to the city, rather easy to go to everywhere you wish. The price is really worthwhile to compensate the good service and good breakfast. Very good choice for you if you wish to explore the city by your own adventure.

Ingen elevator, ingen opholdsrum/lobby, små værelser, ingen luksus som køleskab/bar (dette trods det står på hotelbeskrivelsen, gælder bla. også strygejern/-bræt)!!

Non ha ascensore

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è sproporzionato. Trattasi di struttura vecchia, senza ascensore, senza bidet in bagno, con stanza piccola, senza un numero adeguato di prese elettriche, l'arredo bagno davvero scadente.

Соотношение цена-качество. За невысокую цену - достойное качество. Проблем с парковкой машины не было. Достаточно тепло в номере.

Завтрак на 3 по 5-ти бальной системе. Шведский стол и одни холодные закуски. Пришлось просить пожарить омлет.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig bemessen.

Wie in Offenbach überall üblich, ist Fluglärm ein Thema.
