Located opposite the Alte Brauerei Brewery, this guest house in Stralsund offers a garden and non-smoking rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. Guests enjoy free use of local buses. All of the rooms at the Pension Quast feature bright, contemporary-style décor and a private bathroom. Bicycles can be rented directly from Quast. City tours, harbour tours, and boat/fishing trips can also be arranged. Guests are welcome to book a tour of the Alte Brauerei brewery. The half-board option at the Quast includes a 2-course dinner in the Zum alten Fritz brewery pub. The Baltic Sea islands of Rügen and Hiddensee are within easy reach of the Quast Pension. I stayed with my father and grandmother at Pension Quast for one night, and we were pleasantly surprised by the inn. It was small, but charmingly decorated with hand-made items, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and staffed with exceptionally friendly staff. It definitely exceeded my expectations, especially given the very reasonable price tag. The owner recommended a generations-old family brewery down the street for dinner, and we had a lovely meal with great beer and ambience. He also had tourist information (including free maps) of the area and was very helpful with recommendations on where to go. Overall, I would highly recommend Pension Quast for anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay but doesn't need all the extras (pool, spa, etc.) of a larger hotel. The only minor downside to the inn is the location. Pension Quast is very conveniently located on the main road into Stralsund, but it is not in Stralsund itself. This is clearly indicated on the map, so there is no mystery about it. However, if you want to walk to lots of shops/restaurants/coffee shops/etc. you may want to consider a place in the city.

Die Pension war leicht zu erreichen das Niveau war gut.das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war für den Kurzaufenthalt OK.

Trevlig inredning och vackert frukostbord, trevligt att få bussbiljett till Stralsund, mycket trevlig personal. Att rummet och badrummet var kallt när vi kom, vi satte på värmen så att det blev skönt. När vi hade varit på utflykt och kom tillbaka till hotellet dagen efter, var värmen avstängd igen. Eftersom det var kallt ute och vi var frusna när vi kom, var det en obehaglig upplevelse.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlicher Bedienung. Hervorzuheben ist besonders das liebevoll angerichtete Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Die Innenstadt ist bequem mit dem Bus zu erreichen.

Ändamålsenligt hotell för oss. Ingen onödig lyx. Vänlig personal. Vi uppskattade den avgiftsfria bussresan till Stralsunds centrum och närheten till restaurangen i det gamla bryggeriet. Vi skandinavier tycker kanske om lite starkare frukostkaffe.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Propere mooie kamer + gratis WIFI. Kamer lag op gelijkvloers en alle andere gasten moesten langs het raam om het pension te betreden -> inkijk. Dus weinig privacy.

Die etwas ausserhalb der Altstadt befindliche Lage wurde daurch wettgemacht, dass die Inhaberin Coupons anbietet, mit denen man kostenfrei die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen kann und da die Busse alle 15 min. tagsüber fahren, ist man keinen Einschränkungen unterworfen. Das Preisleitungsverhältnis ist deutlich hervorzuheben ebenso die Bemühungen, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Der Ortsunkundige bekommt auf Nachfrage gute Tourenvorschläge in die Umgebung und viele Tipps zur Gestaltung des Aufenthalts.

De kwaliteit van het pension was uitstekend. Ook het gratis openbaar vervoer dat aangeboden werd door het pension was voor ons geweldig. Konden de auto laten staan en waren zo in het centrum van Stralsund. Een geweldige stad. Ons verblijf was eigenlijk tekort om ook nog het eiland Rügen te bezoeken.
