The room was really cold

Location right in the heart of Munich. Very good breakfast, and helpful staff member at breakfast - very efficient.

Perhaps I had missed this element, but the pension is on 5 floors. There are no lifts. The reception is on the 1st floor. We had heavy bags and no attempt was made to help us.

The location is fantastic! Right in the Marienplatz and close to Christmas markets!

Very outdated. Old furniture and tv. Channels only in German. Strange design. Wasn't sure where the reception was. Walls very thin. Heard the person next door snoring. Sharing bathroom was okay but not ideal.

Very central location, good price, quiet, clean, good breakfast buffet included in the price.

Internet too expensive (4.5Euros/night), staff ok, no hairdrier in room - you could ask for one at the reception, though.

Very polite and helpful staff. There didn't mind a late-ish check-in. Breakfast looked absolutely amazing and I would have loved to have stayed to enjoy, but had to leave very early in the morning for the airport. I had a single room with a shared bathroom. Everything was clean and fresh. Loved the location. That was the main reason for picking this hotel in the first place.. Less than 5 min walk from Marienplatz.

Not the most comfortable bed, but you got what you paid for. The area very close to the market so a lot of trafffic and deliveries and a bit noisy I the early hours of the morning. The hotel has no lift, but it was ok since I was only on the first floor. Not sure if every room is a smoking room. My smelt of cigarettes but I am a smoker and did not mind too much, but I can see that it might be something that would put a non smoker off. I would definitely stay here again. A hotel in a fab location to a fab price. -Next time Im making time for the breakfast.

Great location

They tried to charge us even more than the booking.com quotation and we had to argue to pay only the quoted amount. We were already paying extremely high amounts due to Oktoberfest prices so we were shocked when they tried to charge even more

Good location, clean, reasonable price and comforatble room.

Great location. Breakfast good, but room too small.

"Double Room" was two single beds. Shower Head had to be held while showering - no wall mount. Sound proofing is poor - can hear all conversations on the floor.

Only that it was near the hostorical center of the town and not far from many sights..

It was very old pansion, very dirty..they didnt change our sheets every day only set them up, my wife didnt dare to walk without her shoes, they did not gave us a double bed as we agreed from the booking and when we ask for it they gave us a room in the 3rd floor (no elevator) without view..we went for the Octoberfest and the prices (value for money) was unbilievable..
