The hotel was good for the purpose of just spending nights. No luxury. Staff was friendly and they spoke english well enough. Parking was really a problem in downtown. |

I was traveling alone with four children. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The decor was charming, but the bathrooms could be updated. If you accidentally touch the faucet while showering, you may get burned. The toilet flush was weak, so the paper never went down. |

Location of the hotel is only 4-5 minutes from many of the attractions of the city. Hotel was good value for the price/location and having two children with us was no problem for the staff, very friendly. |

The hotel was very close to the city centre and all it's attractions. Clean, comfortable. The hotel did not have a lift (or at least we couldn't find it) which wasn't good when carrying a suitcase and having to walk up and down everyday and night when we were on floor 4. |

The location of pension is perfect, and also the staff was polite and warm-hearted. The breakfast room is pint-size, we wait for place more than 20 minutes. There are no Acoustic insulation, so rooms are very noisy. Also with cleanliness at least in our room there is much to be desired. |

We thought the location was unbeatable and was pretty easy to find. The room we had was nothing fancy, but it did have what we needed with a private bath, etc. Also, we stopped back for another night on our way out of town and they accommodated us without a problem. Great breakfast too. I can't argue that it seemed a bit run down, but then again, we got a good price and we did not plan to be in the room except for sleeping and showering. |

People are very friendly and ready to help. I received even better room than had ordrerd (for the same price). It's in the center of the old town. It's not easy to find the reception if you are the first time there. |

The staff were friendly, the breakfast is excellent, the location of the pension is very good if you dont want to use public transport but you want to stay in the city-centre near to Hofbräuhaus, and the other pubs and sights. |

The hotel was located in a perfect place in Munich .Easy walking distance to Marienplatz, churches, shopping, the market and the Hofbrau Haus. Breakfast was huge and rooms very comfortable but modest in size. Parking available in nearby garage. |

Very good location - perfect for shopping in the center, not far from English garden as well, only few minutes by foot from the Subway, so you can go by the train S1 or S8 (better) from/to the Airport. Very good breakfast! A+ And the interior of the pension is very nice. Maybe the only thing I did not really like was the audibility in the room. We could hear everything what was happening in the next door room. But anyway it was ok to sleep in the night. |

The location was very good. The room was terrible. It was an afterthought stuffed into the attic with the bathroom in the rafters. The stairs leading up to the bathroom were creaky and extremely steep. The floor was dirty and the TV did not work. |
