Very clean Comfortable beds Friendly, helpful staff
friendly and helpful staff comfy beds
wifi dropped out a lot
I booked and paid for 1 x comfort room and 2 x standard rooms, but they were all exactly the same. No kettle and tea in the room. Had to pay for wifi. Shower gel and shampoo was never replenished.
Awesome Hotel! nice big rooms.. nice view, friendly staff, very nicely decorated bar... Such a cool alternative to the usual boring Hotels i normally visit!
Not clean at all. The bathroom had a smell to it. Towels were old, frayed, small and rough.
Within easy walking distance of the heart of Braunschweig. Classy hotel at a good price.
good breakfast, very central location
some rooms are facing main street - noise if window is open
Good location 10 mts from town and 10 mts from train station.
my room bathroom had broken floor tiles and some tiles were loose. the high ceiling had tall windows and the blinds didnt give a full cover so sunlight comes in even in the night during summer.
The Hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly. Location was also good. Room was very clean and spacious.
Bed was firm so not great for me. Also, I would have liked a room facing the back of the hotel since the front rooms were a little noisy with outside traffic if you wanted to keep the window open at night. Also no safe.
The hotel is probably suitable for a young businessman for two nights who won't spend time in the room, but is certainly not OK for a couple for 12 nights. Just no real facilities. The excuse was that this is a concept hotel. I prefer a hotel that provides enough space on the bedside table to lay down a Kindle without worrying about it falling off !
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room
Convenient to historic area and downtown. Reasonable nightly cost (average 111 euros/night over a week).
No light-blocking curtains. The breakfast was 17 euros, and only average in quality. No replacements for soap or shampoo after the initial day, and desk staff clueless about museums and historic locations.
Great Value deal!!
Comfortable room, nice breakfast and sauna for free
Nice and modern rooms. Very good breakfast buffet, nice selection of warm and cold food. Ideal Location.
Parking at Hotels properties are bit expensive, same as W-Lan rate.
Hotel and room original interior Bath tub Comfortable and large double bed Nice restaurant and service, tasty food Good breakfast included Good wi-fi connection
No tea kettle at the room No fridge Garage parking is a bit expensive Internet is extra
Nice room and comfortable bed. Food was quite good in the lobby.
Only one English Channel on the tv. Sometimes the lobby smelt strongly of perfume which was a bit overwhelming.
Good location and facilities
Nicely decorated rooms.
Would ask for a room at back-side of hotel. At front can be noisy.
The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful - I felt genuinely welcome.
few staff was very very friendly. And the hotel was trendy and rooms specious. very close to town.
few staff who manned the reception was getting stressed out during rush hours and this makes the guests feel uncomfortable. but nothing else to complain.
the room was not ready at 3:00 pm, even if i asked for an earlier check in. also requested for a quiet room and they gave me a room nearby the main road. it seems like the staff is not reading the request field from clients when allocating a room to us
Heating worked great. Nice bed and bedding. Location is good, the city centre is within a walking distance
Parking costs 15 Eur Internet 5,50 Eur/day Breakfast 17 Eur This is not acceptable for a relatively high accommodation price.. The street side rooms are a bid loud. Was expecting more from the interior, photos suggest a much more modern look..
Breakfast, bar and staff all very good. Convenient location. Would stay again if opportunity called
Rooms had essentials but lacked storage. Free WIFI would be a nice touch
