Central location. Nice staff. Free use of computer in lobby to check your emails. Excellent breakfast (but only when you get a package deal that includes it). No refridgerator or air conditioning in the room. Not nice to charge an extra 10 euro a night to have a "quiet" room on the opposite side of the street. If the rooms are available (and they were), we should have been put in one without an extra charge. We have stayed in this hotel before and knew there was no air conditioning. That means you must open a window and if you are on the street side, it is very loud due to the traffic. Charging extra for a "quiet" room is something new the hotel started this year. The parking charge is also steep at 10 euro per day. It all adds up. Breakfast not worth the separate charge if not included in package deal. Save your money and go to the excellent bakery around the corner (Fuchs). |

The hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help. The lounge/lobby was very cozy. The baby bed was set up when we got there and was very clean. I had to ask the breakfast staff 3 times to refill certain basic items like bread in the buffet. |

The hotel was really nicely done up, i.e. modern interior. The staff were friendly and all spoke English. We also enjoyed playing pool for free, and they served us some really nice drinks. |

Room's were nice and very new and looking very fine. Hotel was being rebuild. Therefor the reception, restaurant and breakfast room were one and the same (not to big) room. As far as I could see, the new restaurant etc. will look very fine!! |

Friendly and helpful staff - good service. Building and modernisation work is ongoing and while the hotel was not noisy - it was not explained during the reservation process. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I had know. |

Przede wszystkim bardzo mila obsluga. Przestronne pokoje z wygodnymi lozkami. Dobra lokalizacja. Sniadanie w formie bufetu bez zastrzezen. Jak w wiekszosci hoteli gdzie sa materialowe zaslony do wanny. Te kotary prysznicowe zawsze nieprzyjemnie pachna (wilgocia). |

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt Das Frühstück war nicht so sehr gut. Z.B. könnten die Spiegeleier und die Pfannkuchen besser frisch zubereitet werden. Ich als Gast würde lieber etwas warten als lauwarme Spiegeleier essen. Der Kaffee aus dem großen Automaten ist auch nicht so gut. Besser wäre es, wenn der Kaffee direkt an der Tisch serviert würde... Tasse für Tasse! |

Ein tolles Hotel mit viel Charme und ausgefallen Ideen, wie z.B. das Langschläferfrühstück mit Brunch bis 14.00 Uhr. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Uns haben die Parkgebühren nicht gefallen.Ein kostenloser Parkplatz in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage würde für uns den Service perfekt machen. |

Lage: Gleichermaßen Nähe zu einer Feier in Villa Hospes und zum Zentrum der Stadt. Geräumiges und auch saubere Zimmer einschl.Bad. Bequeme Betten. Gutes und wol ausreichendes Buffet-Frühstück. Gesamtes Personal sehr aufmerksam und sogar sehr freundlich. |
