Good in room facilities. Nice funky style room. Staff were friendly and helpful. No in room mini bar, however bottled water was supplied and moderately priced vending machine selling everything and more. Hint: reserve undercover parking if wonted otherwise on street available. |

Wonderful location for exploiting the museums, monuments, and parks of Kassel. The staff made excellent suggestions about how I should get around. The design of the hotel and room interiors was cheerful and creative. Parts of the building (especially the corridors facing SE) could not cope with the 37 degree heat. |

Fresh look, easy menus and clean. Easy access with a car. "The free payTV" is a local film channel... Wifi connection should be free in a hotel like this.. |

Very easy to find - follow signs for DB Wilhelmshohe. Modern, clean, comfortable. Easy to reach Bergpark Wilhelmshohe and Kurhessen Kassel. And simple tram ride to centre of Kassel. |

The hotel is really good, new, modern, with a huge Breakfast, with wonderful staff and the price is very cheap. I recommend for everybody who needs to stay in Kassel. Absolutely nothing! |

Hotel jest dobrze usytuowany, w poblizu dworca DB, okolo 5km od centrum Kassel. Pokoje sa bardzo ladnie urzadzone, chociaz dosc ciasne. Lozka bardzo wygodne. Ladne lobby. Nowoczesny design. Ciasne pokoje. Dosc ubogie sniadania, zwlaszcza jesli chodzi o cieple dania. |

Die Anlage liegt zentral. Der Service ist ok. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Der gesamte Nasszellenbereich ist sanierungsbedürftig. |

Ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiter! :-) Ruhige und ausgefallen gestaltete Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf den Herkules. Bequeme große Betten und W-Lan mit 5,50€ für 24 Stunden im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels recht günstig. Nette Lounge mit Welcome-Drink. Frühstück prima und für diese Kategorie sehr reichhaltig, inklusive Automat für Cappuccino und Espresso. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Eigentlich alles prima, aber Parken in der engen Tiefgarage mit 10,-€ pro Nacht ganz schön teuer. Andererseits ist es nirgends am Bahnhof wirklich günstiger. In den Zimmern sollten Klimaanlagen sein, im Oktober ging das ja mit offenem Fenster (da auch sehr ruhig), aber ich möchte nicht wissen wie es im Sommer ist. |

Die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeit in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Die Möglichkeit bei Spätanreisenden noch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen und trinken. Zu wenig Personal sowohl beim Ein- und Auschecken und dadurch lange Wartezeiten. Trotz Buchung und Bestätigung waren alle 3 gebuchten Zimmer nicht verfügbar und man musste auf Raucherzimmer ausweichen, was für 3 Nichtraucher nicht gerade angenehm ist. |
