Good location, walking distance to city center, most comfortable beds ever.

They charged us twice! No tea/coffee facilities. Ugly bathroom. No cleaning service during a two-day stay. Only one shower set for two people for two days!

Excellent breakfast, nice rooms and elegant hall. The parking is free on the streets around the hotel.

The bedroom was very good.

The breakfast area is way to small for a big hotel like this. At 09.00 there were more people than there were seats available. No free WiFi and bad connectivity.

This hotel is situated very well and it has a very stylished and nice lobby-restaurant area. The breakfast is good but also paid for with the 18 euro per person. Due to some constraints with the parking late night the hotel offered us free parking, which was off course kind.

One of the rooms was not prepared as we wished for with an extra bed (that we would have gladly paid the 25 euro for), and that room was also not cleaned properly when we arrived, also there were no soap, shampoo etc. (this was delivered when we called the reception though). Parking was not too easy when we arrived late night and we did not get a ticket so we could pay next morning.

The design of the hotel is stunning. The room was very comfortable and the shower one of the best I have experienced! We got a great offer and it was wonderful good value for money.

It is a bit of a walk from the city centre (although close to the train station). Shame the breakfast is unproportionally expensive - if we had had it, we would have spent 2/3 of our room price! Also, although the spa is advertised to be open 24/7 the sauna is only available from 11 am to 11 pm.

It's a nice Hotel, with nice Facilities like a Gym, Swimming pool, Jacuzi and Sauna, which was empty at night so I got to enjoy it. The room is also comfortable.

The room had a cigarette smell, although it should have been non-smoking. And the floor of the bathroom was stained all over. These 2 points made it disgussting for me.

I booked this Hotel instead of another one a bit cheaper, because I was looking forward to use the pool with our daughter, after a long day visiting the city. However, the water was quite cold, and we could not use it. Felt disappointed. Another thing is the heating system. The room was quite cold, and we had to ring the staff for assistance. However, it did not improve much. Air conditioner only came cold air out .. So, no control really about your heating in the room and bathroom :( Also, no tea- coffee facilities in the rooms.

Amaizing buffet breakfast with sparkling wine, Granini juces, wide variety of cheeses, fine tea selection and much more!!! The room was always clean and tidy, bathroom amenities were great. Good location - in the centre of the city, however in a very quiet place.

Some of the reception staff did not pay proper attention to the hotel guests. There were no swimming pool and gym, although these facilities were declared at the "booking.com" site.

Breakfast too expensive

The complete hotel was cool and the room was so clean and clear! I love it.

I didn't like so much the location because it is too quiet. it is not a typical commercial or turistical zone... more like a business zone with big empty buildings in the evenning so... you don't see so much people walking in the late evenning.... The location is very near to the city center, but still you have to walk more than 700 meters to get there... it is not a good a idea to walk with your luggage if they are heavy!

I know this hotel long time. It's really good. Wonderfool breakfast, comfort beds, big rooms.

No minibar in rooms and internet costs 5,50/h.

Excellent hotel and great location.

This hotel takes a 50 euro deposit on top of your hotel bill, which is refunded to your credit card a few days after you check out. The hotel do not inform you of this. I was travelling on a budget and this made my trip very difficult after I discovered this by attempting to withdraw some money from an atm, as I was then short of money for the trip. The main purpose of my trip was to purchase some specialist car parts not easily available in the uk. Due to the hotel taking this extra 50 euros, I could not afford to purchase all the parts, making my trip quite pointless. I complained twice at the hotel, but was just told it was "company policy". Maybe it shouldn't be "company policy", or at least they could inform guests they are taking an extra 50 euros. I have sent an email to the hotel with my complaint.

The room was very large and clean, free late checkout (3 pm) on Sunday. Price was very good as we found a special offer on booking (42 euros per night for a double room), otherwise it might be expensive. The bed was very good, while pillows and coverlets were not so good (syntetic matherial outside). We asked for a double room and they gave us a twin room, but as we asked they changed it without any problem.

Swimming pool was closed till August, 30th, despite according to booking it should have been opened since August. 20Th.

Modern style hotel!

Check-in and check-out was fast and efficient. The room and bathroom are a bit old in design still very well done and thus simple, practical and spacious. Very good breakfast.

Manners (but this is a common thing in ex-DDR) can be a little harsher than what I am used to: We arrived around 11:30 instead of the usual "Good morning, how can I help you?" I felt received by a customs agent with a dry "private or corporate please" Initially I hesitated then I guessed "private" her answer was "check-in is after 15:00" of course she was absolutely right. The fact that this is rarely enforced makes a habit and one expect at least a "sorry for the inconvenience" still once you know how it works they can be really charming.
