The room was really nice. We liked the sort of modern yet quirky decor. The amenities were also in very cute packaging. There were enough plugs around the room in convenient locations to charge phones, ipods, computers, etc. Upon our arrival the hotel reception staff was very friendly and nice. We were thrilled about our offer to have a "free" welcome drink when we went to dinner in the restaurant. However, there were only a couple of types of drinks to choose from and we couldn't even have a Coke with the coupon, so it was disappointing in the end to pay for our welcome drink. The food was pretty good in the restaurant, but the service was not good at all. We had to ask for the check to pay 3 times and waited over a 1/2 hour just for that. |

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. No free payTV, although this is mentioned in all publications of this hotel. Very noisy traffic. Too far away from city centre. Very expensive parking garage. |

The hotel had young, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, neat and modern, and the bathroom very nice. The shower was big enough for two people. The rooms have free pay TV, meaning four "Sky" channels (Movies/Sports in German and English). Breakfast was very good, though a comparatively pricey. The beds were very comfy. All things considered I'd visit the hotel again. The room was overheated when we arrived. The air-condition was in winter mode already which meant the cooling unit was disabled. The windows won't open very much, so cooling the room took a while. Through the open window, a noisy fan outside could be heard. Last: The hotel is quite a bit outside city, so walking there is not an option. |

Cheap rooms, food and drinks. The whole hotel has a luxurious vibe. In the junior suite was just 1 small sheet for 2 people, so my girlfriend got so cold that night that she got ill. Payed parking for 15 euro a day isn't told anywhere. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The coffee was good. The reception is at the bar downstairs and gets exceedingly crowded when trying to check in/out. |

Mir hat alles gefallen bis auf Pay TV funktioniert nicht. Spritzwasser von Regenduschkopf gelangt stark an Badeingangstür und auf Boden. Längeres duschen nicht möglich ohne überscwemmung. Kein Yogurt pur beim Frühstück. keine Sauna etc..Parkhaus viel zu teuer |
