friendly stuff, beautiful and clean rooms, fair price

its ubelivable but there is no free wifi access in 4 star hotel, also our room although nice was somewhat small

The room we stayed in was very quiet. The staff was excellent....very young but knew their jobs. We really enjoyed talking to them. Daniel, David, and Nicolas were three of the staff that "stood" out. The food was rather pricey but very good. Location was perfect to catch the bus.

Honestly, there wasn't anything to complain about!

Atmosphere + decoration

The staff were very friendly, the price we paid was amazing though the mini suite we booked was allocated to someone else by mistake we did get a fab plus room with free breakfast that should have cost £17 each. The room was huge with an enormous and comfortable bed. The bathroom was a good size with a fantastic double walk in shower. The decor looked very new and had everything we could have wanted and more. The hotel is comfortable to sit and eat dinner in and prices were good for food. I had the soup that was delicious and husband had Steak that was cooked to perfection. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, varied and plentiful and I loved the bucks fizz on offer. A special mention to the lifts...it was like being a deep sea diver....

Parking was £15 a night.

The food was good even though very limited options

Front office staff totally overwhelmed. Advertised free wifi and then charged eur5 per day. No atmosphere. Loud. Football instead of music killed atmosphere in public spaces. No safe no minibar. Awful toiletteries. Staff extremely young. No general manager in sight.

My room was clean however after the first night, my trash or used items were not taking out. After the items ie, shampoo, soap, were used, no new ones were replaced. Also, the noise was so loud that it was impossible to get a good night's rest.

Close to downtown area, and reasonably priced compared to the others.

Area was a bit congested, but It was convenient for our purpose. Nice, clean exercise room with towels, bottled drinking water, and fruit basket.

€15 a day parking , for tiny stalls; Wi-Fi at €5,50 per day; Foul smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

It was in a wonderful location. The staff was friendly. The establishment was very clean. Beautiful area, and beautiful rooms. Delicious food. Overall wonderful experience

When I signed up to rent the room it said internet and parking was free. The parking was on the street and the internet cost be 5:50 euros.

Nice hotel, looks good. Easy on the budget

Room was not what we expected after seeing the pictures and the lobby downstairs. However it was still fine.

Exellent value, room was brightly decorated ,mood lighting well thourght out . very large king size bed ,good size bathroom tv selection great choice .

Checked in the evening, unpacked ,went for dinner ,when I returned discovered it was a non smoking room , though they excused themselves and said the reservation did not stipulate that though I am sure I did include it in my booking with you !!! I changed rooms the next day ,the only problem was the repacking and unpacking !! Am interested to know who of the three parties involved did not do his home work ?? I am not complaining......

There most be an Arabic chanels in the TV , also,English chanels. Your geusts are from all over the country,not gust German.

Relaxing atmosphere with lots of seating for casual drinks and visiting in the lobby/bar area.

Didn't care for the rain effect shower heads and lack of shower curtain and fan in bathroom.

No fridge in the rooms.

I liked the friendly younge staff who were very helpfull and handed the Hotel nicely. I liked the Location though it was little far from the center. I liked the quite location.

well I did not liked the size of the room. I did not liked the permittion in having pets inside the rooms. I did not like not having a cubboard for the clothes. i did not like not having a safe box inside the room. the Hotel is nice but for staying overnight only.

Nice trendy rooms w/ good tv (you can connect your mediaplayer and/listen to your own movies/video), bath, wc. Enough space, rooms are not small. Very good bed: nice matras to sleep on! They charge 20e for a pet, seems expensive but at least you can take your pet with you and they need to clean extra. I can recommend this hotel. The hotel has elevators / lift.

It was tidy but not 100% clean, let's say a 7 out of 10. bathroom could be a bit cleaner, but it was for sure not a mess. A/C in the room is working, but is not modern or working very good.
