amabilité et service médiocre, vieil hotel sans standing, moquette faisant des vagues, lavabo hors de la salle de bain! salle de bain des années 60-70 ! chambres très bruyantes ! téléphone inutilisable ! |

Good central location Hotel lobby looks fine, but it goes down after this. Rooms are dated and need improvement. Pool was out of order. |

Actually we expected a different standard from a four-star hotel. However, it was probably worth the money because the price was extremely low. But why do they advertise it under a four-star hotel? The bathroom!!! |

Availability of other European TV channels As a whole personnel was very nice and helpful but I had to deal with one person that that not pleasant and this is important when dealing with customers. Also I think the breakfast should be included in the room rate (even if this needs to be raised a little bit) as I think 16 euros is a bit excessive for a breakfast. |

Phone service and parking, even though I had pay to park There was no airconditioning in our room or in the halls. It was very hot.Finally, we opened the window and cooled off in the morning. |
