Hotel was clean. Staff was good. Restaurant connected to hotel had excellent food. Easy to find from train station.

when we arrived and went to our room, our hotel door was open and it was dark inside. After informing the clerk he minimized it. Needless to say it did not feel safe and the sheets were dirty. We paid extra for internet and it never worked. It was a long haul from the airport and the train station. Would never go back

The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was tidy and clean. Location is a few minutes walk from U5 U-Bahn (subway) station, from where it is easy to get into the city center. Great suburban location with clean air, trees and nice modern buildings.

Value Location Facilities Quiet Service

1) Friendly staff who were always happy to help. 2) No more than a five minute walk from Neuperlach Sued S and U-Bahn station. 3) Tidy, compact rooms which serve a purpose. 4) Shops and bakery nearby for food/drink.

1) Wifi was often poor, and not free in rooms. 2) If you desperately need to be near Munich city centre, then you may get frustrated with the 15-20 minute journey. 3) Dusty under the beds, so not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in.

Close to the city and good value for money

V clean good service we asked for double bed and this was no problem to change room also there was tea coffee facilities at reception with lovely cakes

Great staff, very helpful! The room was small, but adequate and clean. Great location, very convenient to the U5, just a short walk. We liked being "out" of city center, yet close enough to travel to wherever we wanted to go. Nice and quiet, too! We also enjoyed the restaurant next to the hotel, and the coffee/pastry shop on the other side!

The room was a bit small for two people to maneuver - adequate facilities, but nothing fancy. But really, that's OK, because it was a pretty good deal cost-wise. I would stay there again.

Very good price compared to other hotels in Munich. Subway is 5 minutes walking, taking you to the city center in 10-15 minutes. Ok if you arrive by car, we left ours in the street for free (at least during weekend) Room is basic but clean, nice and new.

Our room was a bit small. Haved a good breakfast in a caffe nearby, hotel breakfast was too expensive (12 euro per person)

Good location,5 minutes walking to th underground, then 15 minutes to the city center; nice pub next door

I am quite that the housekeeping cleaner in January 26, 2013 appropriated some money (GBP, US$ and R$) from the handbag of my wife that she feft at the hotel room, but we notice that disappearance only when we came back from Munich to London unfortunately.

The hotel is very close to the U-bahn and S-bahn station Neuperlach Süd (5 min. walk). Takes only 15 minutes to get to the centre. Reasonable priced minibar Decent and not expensive restaurant right next to the reception. Friendly staff. Overall cleanliness and very comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet area can be an advantage for some guests.

very friendly staff, clean room (not very big but enough for comfortable staying). It;s a perfect decision if you want only sleep and walk whole day in munich. although the location is not in centrum but U5 and S7 are allow to reach Perlach very fast.

The location was great since the hotel is only several stations away from Marienplatz on the same s-bahn line. We parked our car free of charge on the street just around the corner. Room is a bit rusty and small but fairly clean. Staffs were freindly and helpful.

The door closes at 11. Is a hotel that look like the 1980. I think that they need to have a more update room and they are able to charge more if they choose the right changes. The shower was in bad conditions. I was charged 5 euros for the use of internet. I dont think this was fair. I arrive 10.45 pm and left 9 am. The mc donalds is about 1.5 km from this location and all around was closed to have dinner at this time.
