very modern apartment with high-tec solutions, friendly staff available in 24/7, good countryside location the apt was clean, but not "pico bello" (lamps were dusty, kitchen furniture full with fingerprints, dishes were partly dirty - luckily there was a dishwasher as well :)

Very convenient car parking possibility. Calm area at nights, close to supermarket and gas station. Very clean apartment with everything you need to have a nice breakfast. The floor heating temperatures were not comfortable, we had our socks on the entire time. The beds were a bit small, its not expensive to have more comfortable beds.

Peter called earlier in the afternoon to checkup on me, and let us know he would be waiting our arrival. It was nice to have him speaking English, welcoming us in. Upon arrival, he walked us through the large apartment, and informed us of restaurants in the area. Apartment was near great restaurants, had a large bathroom, fully functional kitchen and enough beds for my family of five. Automatic shutters were closed at night giving privacy, and shading from the early morning sun. Very secure apartment with coded doors. Private parking was also available near the door preventing us from finding parking on our own. Resides in a small quite neighborhood. Very safe. Would stay again. The pillows were flat and offered no support to the neck. Had to be folded up in order to sleep. Lighting was installed in the apartment, but left the open holes in the ceiling, showing poor quality of electrical work done.

The place shine with technology and great value for money. But i dont remember they mentioned checking in after 5pm. With my best regards to the staff Ali Alharran Parking spaces almost 9 to 11 space sometime its not enough

Wonderful staff who were very helpful and spoke excellent English which was a big plus. The apartment was huge and spotlessly clean. It had everything you could want. We only stayed one night but wished it was a lot more. Easy to find and a great elevated location, close to the motorway for easy access and far enough away to be peaceful and tranquil. A really excellent place to stay. Having to leave it so soon.

Nice and clean apartment. Big windows with plenty of light. Quiet neighbourhood. Some domotics improvements in the flat. Window blinds are automatic. One error in the programming of one of the blinds made it open at 8:00 (and if you close it again, tries to open every 30 minutes); if looking for some rest that is a bit dissapointing.

Siisti, tilava ja hyvin varustettu majoituspaikka. Rauhallinen pikkukaupunkiympäristö, kävelymatkan päässä ravintolapalveluja ja kauppoja (lauantaina noin klo 21 tehtiin ruokaostokset). Ahtaat raput eikä hissiä, isojen laukkujen kantaminen hieman hankalaa.

Eigentlich nichts. Küchenausstattung OK, ansonsten billy billig. Schon bei der Anreise im strömenden Rgen wurde 3 mal auf's Handy angerufne und darauf bestanden, dass der Mietpreis für 3 Nächte im voraus in bar zu entrichten ist. Der Hinweis auf 2 müde kleine Kinder resultierte lediglich in einer Anfahrtsbeschreibung zum nächsten Geldautomaten. Aussage: kein Geld = kein Zimmer. Die Zimmer selber sind OK, allerdings auf's Einfachste eingerichtet: Skonto Betten und Matratzen, zunächst nur ein Polyflachkissen pro Bewohner (wurden auf Anfrage ausgetauscht), ein Handtuch pro Bewohnen (wurden auf Anfrage noch nachgeliefert), Kleinst-PC-Bildschirm Fernseher, null Ablage im Mikrobad, spartanischer Kleinesstisch usw usw. Alles in allem ungemütlich und ohne jede Liebe zum Detail gemacht, natürlich besser als unter der Brücke zu schlafen - aber das war's dann auch schon. Ach ja, die Raumtemperatur (21° Bad, 19° Zimmer) ist vorgegeben und kann nicht spontan verstellt werden (auch nicht im Bad). Damit ja keiner einen Cent Sehr hellhörig da, ach wie praktisch, durchgehend gefließt. Die Anlage ist zudem noch im entstehen, an 2 von 3 Abenden waren alle Parkplätze belegt. Im Großen und Ganzen für Familien nicht geeignet, außerdem relativ weit nach Stuttgart (das war aber vorher klar). Wir kommen hier sicher nie wieder hin, um so mehr 108€ für nur Schlafen pro Nacht auch kein wirkliches Schnäppchen waren (zumindest nicht für den geotenen Komfort).

تعامل الطاقم. النظافة. الهدوء. مطبخ متكامل الشقة واسعة ومريحة القرب من اوت لت شتوتغارت (مسافة ٢٠ كيلو تقريبا) الشقة كبيرة لكن لايوجد سوى حمام واحد!

Appartement moderne et pratique. Garage devant et sur la partie arrière avec supplément. WiFi gratuit très pratique. Volets roulants occultants entièrement l'appart très appréciable pour une bonne nuit et pour le soleil. Petit balcon equipé. Porte d'entrée automatique. Carrelage dans tout l'appart. À l'arrière belle vue sur les champs alentours. Manque de vaisselles, notre canapé lit était cassé en position lit. Toutes les instructions sont en allemand, ce qui est comique pour allumer les lumières et femer les volets d' un appart domotisé. Manquerai aussi juste un balai ou aspirateur pour un ménage quotidien. Ce ne sont que de toutes petites remarques, mais l'ensemble était très agéable...

كل شي ممتاز في هذه الشقه، انصح العائلات بالنزول السيده التي تشرف على هذا المسكن خلوفه جدا وخدمه لأقصى الحدود. للامانه انصح باختيار هذا المسكن. في رائي هذا المسكن افضل من كثير من الفنادق ذو ٥ نجوم و خاصتا للعائلات. كل شي ممتاز
