Good positioned and not so expensive for Munich's standards.

Old building, but clean.

I apreciated the staff which was always very nice. The breakfast was also quite good and above my expectations for a 3 star. There is a nice patio between buildings which is very nice to spend time outside if you have the chance.

There was no wi.fi internet on the building I stayed in. The room had somehow a strange and characteristic smell. Perhaps it where the carpets but it was not the most convenient thing. I can't understand how the invoice I asked had typing errors, when all that was necessary was a simple copy and type from a card.

The Stuff was very friendly and helpful, a nice family hotel.

Die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers. Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind sehr geschmachvoll. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Un barrio tranquilo.Si bien no es muy céntrico está cerca de la parada del metro que en pocos minutos te deja en el centro.Las habitaciones son tranquilas y las camas son comodas.Dispones de varias salidas lo cual facilita la independencia a la hora de salir a visitar la ciudad. El desayuno es muy completo. En definitiva es una elección adecuada (al menos para estancias de corta duración).El personal es estupendo y muy amable. ,

Cordialità dello staff. Ottima posizione, il centro si raggiunge con 10 minuti di metro. Colazione ottima.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Bus und U-Bahn. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist sein Geld wert und lecker. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber. Parken ist in der Nähe schwierig, wir konnten aber das Parkhaus kostenlos nutzen.

Die Fenster sind noch alt und müssten erneuert werden.

Оптимальное сочетание цена/качество. По домашнему уютно. Тихий,чистый район Laim. Приветливый и дружелюбный пеорсонал. Хорошая уборка номеров. Блок А показался более комфортным.

Tolle, gemütliche Einrichtung mit vielen Antiquitäten.

Freundliches Personal, kostenfrei 1 Flasche Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer.

Alte Zimmereinrichtung, grausames altes Bad, verwohntes, abgenutztes Mobiliar, dreckiger Teppich in den Fluren (abgewohnt), Heizung nicht entlüftet (Wassergluckern sowohl im Zimmer, als auch im Bad), Mini 36 cm Röhrenfernseher, Frühstücksbuffet wäre ok, wenn nachgelegt würde (Brötchen waren alle, Bacon nicht nachgelegt, Eier brauchten 20 Minuten, nur 1 Servicekraft, die sehr bemüht war, aber nicht nachkam).
