vriendelijk van het personeel was super. Kamer was compact en effectief ingericht: alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig. De 1-persoonskamer had een 1-persoonsbed wat ik persoonlijk nogal smal vond, waardoor ik niet zo goed heb geslapen. Dit is echter iets persoonlijke en staat mij niet in de weg volgende keer eventueel weer in dit hotel te slapen.

Als je heel moe bent, kan je hier prima slapen. Inrichting uit 1990, naar schoonmaakmiddel stinkende kamer, algehele sfeerloosheid.

De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding was prima. Vriendelijke mensen, fijn dat het hotel dicht bij ons doel; bezoek Zollvereincomplex was. Prima advies voor restaurant in de buurt;goede Italiaan op loopafstand. Goede accomodatie voor bezoek Ruhrgebied voor een heel vriendelijke prijs. Corry de Mos

Ruime kamers met eenvoudige maar prima douche. Het was lekker stil, nauwelijks geluid van buiten (terwijl we het raam open hadden) of van de andere gasten. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid met veel keus aan broodjes en beleg. Het enige minpuntje waren de harde bedden.

het ontbijt/goede tramverbinding met Zollverein kofffie en thee mogelijkheid op de kamer/ een ondoorzichtige douchedeur /flatscreen met verschillende buitenlandse programma's/ een look van de kamers die beter past met de buitenkant(kamers mogen opgefrist worden)/ waarom geen prijzen voor kamer en ontbijt samen?

Prettige ontvangst, kamer was klein maar netjes. Hotel was goed gelegen t.o.v. Zollverein. Kamer was wat aan de krappe kant, geen zitmogelijkheid en geen koelkast.

Goed bereikbaar en eerlijk rustig. Met die leuke kleuren aan de buitenkant verwachtte ik wel iets meer 'spannends' in het interieur. Dat bleek niet zo. En een bar in de ontbijtzaal werkt niet.

Das Hotel ist originell im Stil, ähnlich bunt außen wie ein Hundertwasser-Haus.Die Zimmer (unsere Erfahrung) sind zwar nicht groß, aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Die Lage ist gut um die neue Kultur im Ruhrpott zu erkunden. Das Frühstück ist im Preis kein Schnäppchen, aber dafür sehr umfangreich und frisch; es wird immer nachgelegt. Wir hatten einen besonderen Wunsch, der sehr entgegenkommend erfüllt wurde. Für einen zweite Ruhrgebietstour würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen, bei dem freundlichen Personal keine Frage!! Von Nichtgefallen kann keine Rede sein, nur für einen längeren Ferienaufenthalt (länger als ca.6 Tage) wären größere Zimmer wünschenswert.

Das Entree mit Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein kühles Bier (auf Wunsch auch ein Longdrink), was nach der Anreise gut tat und im hauseigenen Biergarten genossen werden konnte. Die Lage zur Zeche Zollverein ist optimal. Auf dem Weg dorthin liegt übrigens in der Gelsenkirchener Str. ein tolles italienisches Lokal mit leckeren Speisen und tollem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.Das Frühstück im Hotel ist hervorragend! Wirklich frische und sortenreiche Brötchen und abwechslungsreicher Belag.
