There's possibility to choose type of room at booking.com: twin or double. I wrote that I need twin but when arrived it was only double available. If I knew that before arrival I would change for another hotel for sure.

well equipped very clean bathroom couldn't shut bedroom window; on site ground level carpark full (underground cost €8.) breakfast €13 each; 2 bottles of water in bedroom - with price ticket - complimentary or not??

The hotel is easily reached from the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant had a grill night with live music which was nice. City center is easily reached by strassenbahn. No free wifi and limited free parking.

Bei der Buchung äußerte ich schriftlich den Wunsch per Benachrichtigungsfenster an das Plaza, dass ich gern wieder ein bestimmtes Zimmer hätte - dies wurde berücksichtig und trug zu meinem Wohlbefinden bei.

Gut geführtes Hotel mit ansprechender Küche. Lage etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns, wird aber durch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor dem Hotel wieder kompensiert. 15 Minuten bis zur Stadtmitte. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

čIstý pokoj, v koupelně hodně věcí navíc, parkovaní v garáži . Clean room, lot of things in bathroom, garage parking. Měkké matrace :), pokoj do hlavní ulice s tramvajemi. Too soft matress :), room heading to main street with trams

Schnelle, unkomplizierte Buchung, späte Anreise war kein Problem, "Standardzimmer" ist gute Idee, gemütlicher "Elbdampfer mit aufmerksamer Bedienung. Gute Lage an der Staßenbahn mit allen Optionen zur Fahrt in die Stadt.

Matratzen waren gut. Das Zimmer wirkte als wenn es entweder nicht zu Ende eingerichtet wurde oder es mit Resten eingerichtet wurde. Fernseher hatte die größe einen kleinen Monitors und Qualität war auch schlecht. Im Zimmer fehlte, meiner Meinung nach, Einrichtung.

Plaza Hotel Magdeburg is een viersterren hotel in een twee sterren buurt van de voorstad Sudenburg. De gebouwen aan de brede Halberst"adter Strasse zien er DDR-verwaarloosd uit. Maar het hotel is splinternieuw en oogt tintelfris. Het ziet er van binnen uitstekend uit. Er is in de straat ruim gelegenheid om te parkeren. Er stopt een tram niet ver van het hotel die je in vijf minuten tot in het centrum rijdt. (mooie moderne trams). Het hotel is comfortabel, er is een goed restaurant ,kortom die vier sterren zijn niet onterecht. En de prijs is daarbij zeer gunstig. Magdeburg is in WO II zwaar verwoest,maar er staan nog best wat interessante oudere gebouen. Zeer verrrassend is het wooncomplex van de fantasierijke architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Je kunt tot bovenin (fraai uitzicht). Bovendien is Maagdenburg (inderdaad van de halve bollen, natuurkundige proef) zeer groen, en ligt het schitterend tussen vertakkingen van de Elbe.

Der Charme von Magdeburg wurde dem Reisenden vermittelt. Reinigung des Zimmers wurde nur sporadisch erledigt.Das Mobiliar ist Geschmackssache typisches Stadthotel im alten Charme
